Elizabet snapped her fingers and a small, purple flame appeared in her hands. "It will pick up on magic," Elizabet said, mostly to Jasper to keep him in the loop. She moved it to the right and the flame shrank a little. She moved it to the right and it grew. She looked up in that direction and started walking, the others following her on instinct.

She zeroed in on the magic she was using, her full attention on that while the others followed. She used her magic to carry the flame in front of her with her mind, directing it so she knew where to go.

They followed their leader as she moved at a slight sprint. When they came up on a strange wood, they hesitated. Jasper shared a glance with Elizabet and she gave a reassuring nod.

They were walking for roughly ten minutes before coming up on a beaten down cabin in the distance. Elizabet snapped her fingers and the flame disappeared. She started walking but Jasper put a hand in front of her, "Are you sure this is safe?"

She smiled softly at him, "It's safe. We came in numbers to make sure of it." She turned to Mariah and Eileen, who were assessing the area before they snapped their attention back to Elizabet. "Come on, be careful," she said.

They nodded and she lead them over to the cabin. It was old and looked uninhabited, but that was just to persuade non-magic people to turn away. She came up to the door, Jasper right behind her, and took a breath in before knocking seven times as instructed.

There was silence for a moment before the door opened. A woman with very short black hair appeared at the door. She had chocolate brown eyes, caramel skin, and a falcon mark on the left side of her chest. This was Verity, the woman who sent her the letter.

"Who is it, Verity?" A voice said inside. She stepped aside for them to come inside. Elizabet nodded to her and stepped inside. Mariah and Eileen also gave her a nod. Jasper looked stiffly at her, uncomfortable with the situation.

He calmed very slightly when he sensed the emotion coming off of her. She wasn't a threat because she was scared. He looked around the cabin, it was larger on the inside than the outside, just like their home in Forks.

It was warm and seemingly cozied. There was fire in their fireplace, worn couches to show the age of the home. There was a set of stairs going down. Two other people came up them to see who was at the door. They probably didn't get many visitors.

His attention was torn away from the home and to the man standing in front of them when he spoke. "Who are you?" The warlock said, squaring his shoulders and narrowing his eyes. Jasper tensed again, eyeing the man. He could sense the suspicion and paranoia coming off of him.

Jasper got extra defensive of Elizabet, standing closer behind her as a sign of his protection. In the silence, Elizabet spoke, "I am Mother Elizabet Hale of the Forks, Washington Coven. This is my husband, Father Jasper Hale of the Forks, Washington Coven. My right hand, Sister Eileen Ruth. My coven sister, Sister Mariah Miss."

The warlock assessed the group of witches and the vampire. He didn't feel very good about having a vampire in his presence, but he formally introduced himself anyway. It was a mandatory formality.

"I am Father Tristan Finn of the Wyoming Coven. This is my daughter, Kristen Finn, my son, Anthony Finn, and my coven daughter, Verity Thomas."

Elizabet glanced at Verity again before looking at Kristen. Kristen had long, wavy brown hair that shined with the right light. Her skin was slightly tanned, short, and had green eyes. Her familiar mark was a little harder to make out. It was either a wolf or a fox.

Elizabet then turned to Anthony. His skin was slightly pale, but still on the warm side. His hair was a long, dark brown that flowed to his shoulder. He had a stubble and a horse mark on the left side of his neck.
