It had only been 24 hours since Scarlet and Nyx appeared on the scene, and already the entire world was in chaos.

Television news anchors in every country were buzzing with excitement and confusion. Some treated Scarlet and Nyx like celebrities, praising their bravery, while others were more skeptical.

In India, the story dominated every major news channel. Live footage of the Mumbai battle was looped constantly, with reporters stationed outside the ruins where the two heroes had fought the monster. Talk shows were inviting experts to theorize about the source of their powers, with everything from mutations, secret tech, or even divine intervention being discussed.

"We've seen heroes in movies, but these two are real," an anchor said with a sense of awe in her voice. "And yet, we know nothing about them. Who are Scarlet and Nyx?"

In the United States, the news had spread just as quickly.

"Are these new heroes a threat or a sign of hope?" one American news anchor asked, raising an eyebrow. "We've never seen anything like them before. They can fly, they can destroy solid structures with a single punch—what else are they capable of?"

In Europe, government officials were starting to worry.

"Are they dangerous?" a British official questioned during a live conference. "We need answers, and we need them fast. Are these vigilantes working alone, or is there a larger force behind them?"

Global conspiracy forums were having a field day. Posts about Scarlet and Nyx were flooding Reddit, 4chan, and Twitter. Armchair detectives zoomed in on blurry footage, pointing out details in their costumes, their moves, and even their voices.

One post read, "Scarlet is definitely an alien—look at how he moved through the air. No way that's human!"

Another countered, "Nyx is using some sort of super-enhanced tech. You can tell by the way the debris exploded around him. It's military-grade, I'm sure!"

SOMEWHERE

Sass and Wayzz were glued to the TV screens, monitoring how the world reacted.

"I told you," Sass muttered, shaking his head. "This is going to cause chaos. The entire world is on edge, and for what? A couple of rookies barely managing to defeat a rock monster."

Wayzz, always the optimist, tried to calm Sass. "They did it, didn't they? They won. And besides, no one knows who they are."

Sass scoffed. "No one yet. It's only a matter of time before someone puts the pieces together. We're lucky they haven't already!"

The Master appeared behind them, watching the screen thoughtfully. "Let them panic," he said with a faint smile. "The world has always feared what it doesn't understand. But these heroes will bring balance. They're new, yes, but they'll grow."

"Grow?" Sass turned to face him. "Right now, they're barely holding it together!"

Wayzz chirped in, "We should help them adjust to the spotlight! They need guidance. The media won't stop until they get answers."

The Master nodded. "Perhaps. But for now, we watch. They need to navigate this themselves. It's part of the journey."

Back in the City

Meanwhile, Ishan and Shubman were having a rough time. Balancing their lives as Scarlet and Nyx with their everyday routines was becoming more difficult by the minute. Everywhere they went, the topic of the mysterious heroes came up, and they had to dodge questions constantly.

At Ishan's college, Mayank wouldn't stop with the superhero theories.

"I swear, Ishan, you have to see this!" Mayank shoved his phone into Ishan's face for the hundredth time. "People are saying Scarlet is, like, a mutant created by the government. How cool is that?"

Ishan forced a laugh, trying not to look suspicious. "Yeah, yeah. Crazy stuff."

Mayank squinted at him. "You're acting weird, bro. You're always disappearing right when stuff happens. Where were you yesterday?"

"I, uh... I was at the library," Ishan lied, trying to sound casual.

"Library, huh? For the whole day?" Mayank leaned in, his eyebrows raising suspiciously. "You're hiding something."

Ishan gulped and changed the subject. "Anyway, did you finish the assignment?"

At the Cricket Team's Practice Grounds

Shubman wasn't doing much better. Siraj and Rohit wouldn't stop talking about the "masked heroes" and the fight in Mumbai.

"I'm telling you," Siraj said as they gathered for lunch, "that guy Nyx could probably hit a cricket ball through a wall. Did you see the way he punched that boulder to dust?"

Shubman chewed his food slowly, trying to keep calm. "Yeah, I saw."

Rohit, scrolling through his phone, chuckled. "There's a hashtag trending right now—#WhoAreScarletAndNyx. The whole world's talking about them."

"Do you think we'll ever see them again?" Siraj asked, his eyes wide with excitement. "Man, if they showed up during a match, that would be legendary."

"Let's hope not," Shubman muttered under his breath, trying to stay under the radar.

"Wait, what was that?" Siraj asked, but Shubman quickly changed the subject.

Across the world, governments were scrambling for answers. In India, secret meetings were held behind closed doors as top officials tried to make sense of what had happened in Mumbai.

"We need to find them," one high-ranking official said during a meeting. "These heroes—Scarlet and Nyx—pose both a threat and an opportunity. If they are working with someone, we need to know. And if they're operating alone, we need to control them."

Meanwhile, intelligence agencies were combing through any footage they could find, analyzing everything about Scarlet and Nyx—how they moved, where they came from, and how they vanished after the fight.

"We can't have these vigilantes running loose," a senior official declared. "Find them, no matter what it takes."

Twitter continued to go wild:

"BREAKING: People are speculating that Scarlet and Nyx might be... siblings?? #SuperHeroSiblings"

"Nyx and Scarlet saved Mumbai, but who are they? The government NEEDS to step in. #WhereAreTheHeroes"

"Nyx totally looked like he was about to punch a hole in reality. #OverPoweredMuch"

Meme pages were filled with jokes about their costumes, while fan art and ship edits flooded Instagram and TikTok.

As Scarlet and Nyx tried to lay low, both Ishan and Shubman knew one thing for sure—their lives were never going to be the same. They were superheroes now, and the world was watching.

But with the world on edge, conspiracy theories swirling, and the government on their tails, how long could they keep their identities hidden? And what new challenges awaited them as the mysterious villain Vortex plotted his next move?
