"Y/N! You've got to help us with our Halloween event!" Dr. Bright implored, his eyes wide with excitement as he practically bounced in place.

The sterile corridors of the SCP Foundation felt his charge of energy, the implications of his Halloween spirit break from the usual seriousness of containment and research.
Y/N raised an eyebrow, folding their arms "And why exactly should I help you turn the Foundation into a haunted house? I heard last year's attempts ended with more chaos than fun."
"Exactly!" Bright replied, undeterred by their skepticism. "That's what makes you perfect for this! You know the SCPs inside and out! what scares them, what makes them tick! With your expertise, we can create something truly terrifying!"
"You do realize we're talking about an organization that contains anomalies capable of mind control and reality manipulation, right? You're a scientist here" Y/N explained.
Dr. Bright waved a dismissive hand, his enthusiasm unshaken. "Think of it as a chance to educate the staff about the SCPs while having fun. Plus, it'll be a controlled environment-"
"Controlled? With you involved? That sounds like a recipe for disaster," Y/N shot back, half-joking, half-truth.
Bright leaned closer, a conspiratorial gleam in his eye. "That's why I specifically want you on board. You have that amazing ability to sense danger before it strikes. You're practically walking an early warning system!"
"You mean the ability that lets me sense danger only a few seconds or even a minute before it happens? That's not exactly a lot of time to prevent anything serious. What if SCP-106 shows up while I'm trying to save someone from a falling wall?"
"A few seconds is better than nothing! Think of all the near misses you've already prevented!" Bright insisted, his voice rising with excitement. "If you're there, you can warn us, and we'll have time to react. It'll be thrilling! Besides, how often do you get the chance to scare a bunch of researchers with actual SCPs?"
