--- A Week Later ---

The Kim family welcomed the Jeons with strained smiles.

Everyone greeted, Jungkook introduced his family to Kim family.

(Mr and Mrs Jeon came with uncle and aunty/4 people. They come after staying two days in hotel.)

Mr. Jeon's eyes betrayed his unease. "Thank you for having us."

Mr. Kim's handshake was firm. "It's our pleasure, Sir. Please, sit."

Jungkook's mother, Mrs. Jeon, fidgeted with her hands. Aunt admiring the home.

Mrs. Kim's expression softened. "Please take a seat." Simmi said to them.

Everyone is settled in the living room, comfortably. They all are talking.

Taehyung entered with elder brother Jin, his eyes locked on Jungkook.

Taehyung divert his gaze and look at Jeon family nervously.

Jungkook bite his lip to control his smile, observing his family reaction.

They are amused, mesmerized by Taehyung's ethereal beauty.

Taehyung greeted to the Jeon  family quietly, stood in some distance, fidgeting with finger.

"Now, I know why your nephew crazy for this boy." Aunty said in whispered, uncle gave him done look.

"Take a seat, dear." Uncle said, other pulled back from the daze.

Jungkook's parents exchanged uneasy glances.

Mr. Jeon cleared his throat. "We've discussed...the arrangement."

Mr. Kim nodded. "Yes. The engagement and marriage at same day."

"Everything is ready and we can do their marriage tomorrow as the plan." Tae's Grandpa said

Mrs. Jeon spoke up, her voice trembling. "We're still...unsure."

Mrs. Kim placed a reassuring hand on hers. "We understand concerns but children's happiness is more important to us."

Taehyung's eyes welled up with tears, Jungkook's brow furrows.

"What's your age?" Aunty asked Taehyung shot up head uttered huh? confusedly.

"Is he have hearing problem." Aunt blunt, Kim family's face fell. Jungkook shook his head.

"He is nervous, Rima." Uncle said in done face she nodded, rolling her eyes.

"27" Taehyung whispered and look down again, blinked tears.

"You don't look like 27." Mrs Jeon said, Taehyung only stared at her innocently.

"Because, he have flawless skin." Sanam said, giving sweet smile.

"Ha sundar to hai!" Jk's Aunty exclaimed (Yeah, He is pretty)

Mr. Jeon cleared his throat, redirecting the conversation.

"Tomorrow's marriage ceremony...are you certain?"

Mr. Kim nodded firmly.
"Taehyung and Jungkook's happiness is our priority."

Taehyung's eyes met Jungkook's, filled with gratitude, respect and love.
