He walked and walked along the streets of lungmen, who he may be? A rhodes island operator, A compound bow on his back and a sword on his waist.
He sighed, looking up to the sunset, "Night's approaching" he continued his walked.
He halted, a building infront that looks like a police department. "LGD, short for lungmen defense department" he walked inside, Police officers greeted him.
"lo and behold they know joseph, GREAT. What factions doesent he have connectuons with?!" he shook his head as he greeted them back.
Joseph went towards the guy on the reception who was pre occupied with something, joseph smiled lightly towards him to seem friendly "as thats what i think everyone see's Joseph as, it startin to hurt smiling this much."
"Sir, Uh hello sir?" Joseph tried to gain his attention, and it worked.
"Yes? What do you-" after seing joseph, mr receptionist already knew what he was here for. "Take the elevator and go to the 3rd floor go straight and left thats where the meeting room is for the collaboration."
Joseph was suprsied to say. "How the fuc-"
"The Allmight- Its a popular topic within in department so of course people here would know." Mr receptionist gestured towards the elevator, Joseph can only nod and went straight to the elevator.

Lungmen - LGD HQ 3rd floor, meeting room 1095 junuary 3rd 5:20Pm
"Alright listen up! All of you will be distributed into 3 teams of 10! Your leader will be Me, Hoshiguna And Swire!" A lung with blue hair and Red eyes, two swords on her waist, one red and the other black, said.
In a room filled with Rhode's island operators and Lungmen officers, 2 stood out from the rest an Oni, And a feline, the oni having green air and being as tall as 184cm the feline on the other hand held a Vibe of 'RICH' pure unbridled cash carrying 'Rich.' vibe.
"Since all of you are informed this operation will take place in district 20, All of you will help out on trimming down these criminal sydicates in lungmen, Do NOT. And i repeat do NOT. Use any unnecessary violence" the lung sternly said.
Everyone in the room nodded.
"With that said, Operation starts at 8PM, We need to hurry, the quicker the less time they have to realise whats happening." the lung scanned the room for any objection seing none, she closed her eyes and nodded.
"with that, everyone is dismissed."
Everyone quickly went out of the room some muttering on how the lung's personality is.
And finnaly the last person was about leave well except for the oni and feline, they stayed. it seems they're friends with the lung.
But before even placing a foot outside the meeting room, the last person was called out by no one else but the lung.
"Joseph, Why dont get over here and talk with us about the mission."
"Great! Just great! They know Joseph as well! If things keep ending like this wouldnt i be knowing the abyssal hunters aswell!?" Joseph halted, turned around and said something that ticked off the lung.
"No. I want to rest."
The lung clicked her tounge.
"its always like that isnt it? Avoiding me because of one simple Mistake?."
Joseph tilted his head, Confused. "Well would you look at that! This body has some deeper history with Sir Ch'en!" he shook his head.
"No im just tired? The walk here was tiring, and i want to be in tip top shape for the Operation." He reasoned, a believable one.
"Is that so? A walk wouldn't tire a person out like you." Ch'en though for a moment whether he was lying or not, but looking closer his eyes had eyebags. "then why dont you Rest in the Hq? There's a lounge area that was just implemented not too long ago."
He though about the offer for a moment, "well this could get me some more info about Joseph's history with ch'en and possibly those two."
Joseph looked at the oni and feline.
They smiled at him, he smiled back "Fine." he nodded accepting the offer.
"then can i go now?" he looked at three, looking for permission to leave.
"Wait before you go, Why do you carry a bow now!" The feline asked looking at joseph with curiosity.
The oni was also intrigued by it, the lung also.
Joseph sigjed, "For my survival should be the truth, but to act cool one must say-" "The more weapon you have, the less predictable your attacks will become."
After delivering such a cool line he immediately speed walked away from the meeting room.
"CRINGE, FUCKING CRINGE I MESSED THAT UP, IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE, THE MORE THE WEAPONS THE MORE THE CARNAGE- THINKING BACK NOW ITS TOOO FUCKING EDGY AHHHHH" thoughts ran through his mind from his earlier dialogue.

In the metting room the three were contemplating on what he said, che'en looking at the two swords on her waist. "Heh." a lightly chuckle came from her which suprised the feline and the Oni
"YOU ACTUALLY HAVE OTHER EMOTIONS THAN BEIN STRICT!?" The feline shouted in suprise the lung 's face suddenly being cold as ice.
She clicked her tounge "7PM better be at the department if not, ill mark it as you abandoned the mission."
"Y-y-you Bitch!" the feline excalimed yet she only received a slight glance from the lung. "YOU BOSSY BITCH!" the feline tried to tackle the lung but the oni held her back.
"ehe... Can you two stop fighting for once in a while...?"

"haaaaughhhhhhhh~" a yawn resounded from my mouth, I reached for my back and grabbed the compact bow on my back, I looked at it, it was good, decent in all but it lacked the powrr of a original compact bow, I have one quiver filled with arrows having a metal tip, just perfect for shooting at a distance, like hell am I ganna go into the frontlines with out combat experience.
I placed the bow and quiver down plus the sword on a nearby desk, if your asking on where am I? Im in the LGD's lounging area, seing the coach being all free to myself I immediately went in and snoozed off a bit.

Somewhere in the sewer system underground, thugs can be seen moving various devices all beeping in red
"Hehehehe, Lungmen is SOOOO~ ganna be shocked after this light show~!" A person that looked like a gang member said as he planted one of the devices in the sewer system.
"I know right? Kekekekeke~!" Another thug said placing another beeping device on the other end of the wall "Maybe after this the Skullbashers will be recognised by the underworld~!"
They both laughed and laughed, as they continue to plant those beeping devices.
"heh." not knowing a Rat was there all along.
