Trust

Trust is a powerful, yet invisible force that binds people together, built slowly through acts of honesty, loyalty, and reliability. It begins with small gestures—kept promises, protected secrets, and consistent actions—which, over time, create a strong foundation for deeper relationships. The advantage of trust is that it allows individuals to feel safe enough to be vulnerable, fostering intimacy, cooperation, and emotional connection. When people trust each other, they open themselves up to the possibility of true partnership, relying on the idea that the other person has their best interests at heart.

However, the very essence of trust is also what makes it fragile. Since trust requires vulnerability, it comes with the risk of betrayal. A single broken promise or an act of dishonesty can shatter trust, and once broken, it is difficult to rebuild. This is the disadvantage: the emotional toll of lost trust can lead to feelings of betrayal, isolation, and a reluctance to trust again.

Well to say I have put trust in alot of people but let's just say they broke it too many times that I don't even know if I have any to give...
