Author's Pov :

Reyansh comes in and see the beautifully decorated hall n dining room and curses himself for being late ....he then spots saira wearing a cute outfit , she has had her hairs tied in a bun she had worn a little amount of makeup and is sleeping......guess she was tired after all the preparations , and dressing up for no reason

He kneels down and calls her which results in her opening her eyes , she looks at him and gets up ,
He now has an apologetic look on his face , she looks at the time and he speaks up

" Hey....babe I'm so sorry- "

" It's pretty late now , let's go to sleep " she smiled , but that smile didn't reach her eyes and again he didn't notice it

" You are not mad right "
( * OBVIOUSLY SHE WILL BE EVERYTHING BUT NOT MAD FOR EXAMPLE DEPRESSED ! FEELING ANXIETY AND MANY MORE )

And she shakes her head
" Promise you won't stay mad at me for long , I'm really sorry , I....I was caught- "

" I'm sleepy let's.....just go to sleep hmm "
He's still kneeling infront of her but she gets up and starts to clean up , she takes a disposable bag and starts to fill the rose petals lying on the dining table "

" Hey let's leave it there we'll have breakfast- "
She didn't listen to him , she just kept on cleaning

" Little squirrel......hey little squirrel, listen " he calls her softly , in a sweet apologetic tone and the result , she didn't even turn around to look at him .......

She blows off the almost melted candles , takes the bag full of rose petals and keeps in near the door , then she removes every decor she had done and while she did it , our mr.forgettable kept calling her telling her to stop

" Did you have your meal ? "

" Now you wanna talk to me huh? , I called you many times and you didn't respond- "

She pulled over a seat , sat on it served herself and starts to eat everything there was on the table
" I'm still talking SAIRA "

" Please, just go to sleep, I'm... tired and hungry so I'll finish eating this and join you "

He then curses under his breath, takes some deep breath and advances towards her , pulls a seat and sits besides Saira , he brings his hand near her cheek , which had some rough marks of the sofa giving a hint that she waited for more that just an hour.....

He starts to crease her cheek , she pauses her spoon for a moment but then again starts to eat.
" I said I'm sorry , so please don't do this hmm , I'll do anything if that means you would stop being mad at me ...... please ......look at me hmm "

" You don't need to be sorry , I'm good at waiting"

" ....urgh I'm sorry my phone was dead- "

" Yeah....got know when you suddenly sut the call when I called you for the first time "

" Hmmm ? What do you mean "

" Try switching on your phone "

He does what she says and tries to switch it on , he does this to show her that his phone was really out of battery-
( Dang ) The screen turns on and it shows that it has 96 % a d he starts to justify

" Look I don't know how or who- "

And she Chuckles bitterly " really?? Or were you busy talking to your childhood sweetheart that you forgot about me "

Then again he remembers her being there when he was talking to Avhni and her being restless.....tired

" Just go back to sleep , I don't want to do this now , I'm tired.....and make sure to charge you battery ......it might run out again "
