Not many know of Anastasia father but for those who do know it explains her darkness powers. Her father is the overlord and before he died he passed the rest of his powers to her. Her older brother was also killed to Skye's uncle Styles Rivers. Her eyes have also remained forest green the colour she was born with but the darkness colour running through her veins is a slightly different vibrance.
