As the fun day continued Yellow started to ask more and more about the other one. Every time Yellow asked the other two just distracted him with a different activity.
"Do you think the other one would enjoy this?" Yellow asked.
"Check out this coloring book. It has sea creatures in it," Red said.
Soon Yellow would ask again.
"What do you think the other one's favorite color is?"
"How about you join me in watching that grease fire together," Duck said. "I know it's normally my job to do it alone but I don't see the problem and you tagging along."
And again.
"Do you think the other one likes being carried around in someone's arms or on their shoulders?"
"How about we go grab a snack and we'll-Oosp!" Red playfully let go of Yellow's head and held him by his legs making Yellow erupt in laughter.
And again...
"I wonder if the other one eats a sandwich with more peanut butter or more jelly?" Yellow said licking the strawberry jam off of his fingers.
"How about you finish that sandwich and stop asking questions," Duck said. "You're getting Jam everywhere."
"Oh, sorry," Yellow said.
"When we're done we can play your favorite board game," Red suggested.
"Okay," Yellow could feel that both of them were using a stern tone but he didn't fully understand why.
Eventually yellow had asked so many questions that Red and Duck had reached their breaking points and finally snapped at Yellow. When the group was playing "QUESTION FUN" Yellow was struggling to answer a question.
"Hey guys, do you think the other one would know the answer to the..."
"I don't care what the other one does or doesn't like or know stop asking about him!" Duck squawked.
"Yeah mate you've been asking about that one all day," Red said. "We've worked hard to make this day about you so what gives?"
"Well when the other one was out and I was in a dark place I couldn't see anything but I could hear him. He didn't sound very happy and then I came back to me. Did you do something to him that made him sad?"
"I wouldn't say we did anything to him to make him upset. Besides what's the rush to have them here so quickly? you just came back." Said Red. "Do you not want to have a fun day with us?"
"W-well I do but... The few times I could hear him it sounded like there was someone important he wanted to be with. What if he misses them really bad."
"Always that other one blabbering about important things, thinking he's so special and so cool with those freaky green eyes," Duck ranted. "We don't want him out."
"But I want him out!" Yellow said on the verge of tears.
Both of them didn't want to argue with Yellow right now. But they could tell from Yellow's puffed-up cheeks and a few tears slowly pouring down his face that he wasn't going to back down anytime soon. Duck looked up to Red to see if he had an idea. Red let out a low sigh of defeat.
"All right fine. Will bring the other one back out." Red said.
"What? But I thought..." Duck was interrupted by Red's hand covering his beak. Duck looked at Red and Red winked back at him.
