Sērin: He's a 45yro Engineer who makes machines. He has a high voice as a female. He was sort of neglected when he was a kid, he couldn't take it anymore so he ran away at the age of 14. He started building at the age of 18. He had a partner which was Livrinda.

Livrinda: She's a 38yro Spy who had the job for 12 years. She has a deep of a male.
She was a popular kid for her sneaking skills as people rattled her out, So she became a spy at the age of 26 as she found it annoying. She had a class of tech with Sērin and had to be Partners, and she was bad at it.

S&L: Once they both became partners that time, they started hanging out more and more often. Hanging out in the Movies, Park, Restaurants, and Café's. After they were 22, Sērin finally had confessed his love for her and she loved her back. Sērin told her about his past life and so did Livrinda. Liv wanted to make people sorry for neglecting him and Sērin suggested for her to become a spy so people won't notice her. They both agreed and became that. Sērin used his skills to make machines (Like Eggman but without the robots [different universe]) For the hunger of attention and ruining peoples lives. Livrinda used her skills to spy on people for information and use it as bait to make people hate them. And so they were Villains. And thats where the Heros came in..
