Ab mera kuch bhi nahi....AUTHOR'S POV:-
As Aadvik sank into the couch, the weight of the ring and note in his hands threatened to consume him, transporting him to a
sea of regret where memories swirled relentlessly. His mind had once envisioned a future overflowing with laughter and love, but now he was trapped in a past that stubbornly refused to relinquish its hold.
The penthouse, once filled with the vibrant warmth and infectious laughter of Dhriti, now felt desolate and haunting, each corner serving as a painful reminder of the love he had lost. The silence between them was deafening, a stark contrast to the vibrant life they once shared, leaving Aadvik yearning to hear her voice and understand the reasons behind her departure.
He flipped the note over, hoping for more words, more explanations, but it was only that simple, heart-wrenching sentence. " I'll always love you, Aadi. No matter where life takes us."

AADVIK'S POV:-" Love doesn't just fade away ." , I muttered to myself, gripping the note tightly.
" So why did you leave, Riti ?" , A turbulent mix of anger and hurt churned inside me, fiercely competing with the lingering love that stubbornly persisted, refusing to let her go .
Right then, my phone vibrated, snapping me out of my daydream. A message from Meeru popped up, inquiring about my well-being.
Although I thought about disregarding it, her unwavering concern reminded me that I couldn't dwell on the past indefinitely.
"Hey princess , I'm okay. Just busy with work. " I typed back, though the words felt hollow.
After sending the message, I aimlessly wandered to the kitchen in a quest for diversion, only to be met with the deafening resonance of emptiness that filled every corner of the silent house.
In an attempt to find solace, I poured myself another drink, the familiar comfort of alcohol serving as my sole companion in my isolation.
As I stood leaning against the counter, a surge of memories overwhelmed me - memories of our shared aspirations for building a family, the whispered promises we exchanged in the still of the night.
The echoes of her laughter still lingered vividly in my mind, a laughter that once filled our space with warmth and joy, and the tender moments she would snuggle up beside me, resting her head on my shoulder as I strummed the gentle melodies of my guitar. But every memory came with the bitter taste of her absence. I grabbed my phone again, scrolling through old photos, each one a beautiful lie of what had once been. My heart ached with every click.
Then I finally saw it, a video from one of our camping trips. Dhriti was sitting by the fire, her hair dancing in the wind, laughter spilling from her lips as she teased me about my cooking skills that how bad i cook and now I'm one of the best chef and owner of the most renowned restaurant and hotels chain . How ironic this is . I couldn't help but smile through the tears that threatened to fall.
As I stood in the middle of my living room, lost in thought, my phone buzzed again. This time, it was a message from Saanvi. I frowned, irritation washing over me. I didn't want to deal with her today , I had enough on my plate.
"I'm busy Ms. Malhotra. Hope you won't distrub me again .", I typed back and tossed my phone on the couch.
As I stood in the penthouse, the crushing weight of my unfulfilled dreams seemed to close in around me, making it hard to breathe.
