Y/N took a sip on her tea. She looked over the windows “Mavuika, have you heard of the legendary traveler?” She questioned. “The traveler you mean the same traveler that is a hot issue on every nation?” She simply nodded. “There will be a time where a blond traveler will visit Natlan, perhaps that's the time that the crisis we face for decades will finally be solved.”

Mavuika pondered, “Are you certain?” Y/N looked at her and smiled. “I am, my gut feeling tells me otherwise.” she spoke. “I see then we better prepare something to welcome them.” I nodded.

The legendary traveler, She used to hear a lot of rumors going around how the travelers is a big hot issue on the nations they step their foot in, In any case... Natlan has the hospitality to welcome them but Y/N is not so sure since the attack from the Abyss keeps going strong. Holding a tournament to go to Night Wardens to fend off the Abyss temporarily how much tournament will Natlan held in order for it to be over? She ponders as she stared at the teacup infront of her, The fragrance of the tea lingering on her nose calming her senses.

She has thought that Natlan doesn't always need bravery, War is not a solution in everything— Although It is the Nation of War. She closed her eyes again feeling completely relaxed, “For now, let's wait for the arrival of that Traveler...” Humming she lets out a relieved sigh when she notices a knock on the door. She stood up and opened the door expecting the two but she was surprised to see little Kachina to show up as well. Her eyes immediately sparkled as she smiled. “My lady, Y/N!” Kachina exclaimed excitedly in which the heiress smiled back and pats her head.

As usual, Kinich takes her hand and kissed the back of her palm— without saying anything. Y/N felt the same aura she used to feel in the past, whenever kiss lips came in contact with the back of her palm, Something reminds her of her past life. “Hello, Kinich. And you too, Ajaw.”

“What do you plan on doing today, My lady?” He asked, keeping his stoic expression. Y/N pondered for a moment before she smiled. “Hmm, do you want to have tea time in the garden? The weather is nice today.”

By the time the three of them went to the garden, Her favorite spot. Kachina was amazed on how there were different types of flowers, Flowers from all around the nations the ones she didn't even know about. “My lady what are those flowers?” Y/N looked at where Kachina pointed, “Those are Mondstadt's Lampgrass they look beautiful when It's night.”

“What about this, It's different from the others, It's in a pond?” Y/N smiled as crouched down to her level, “That's a Nilotpala Lotus from Sumeru.” She looks at the little girl as she continues, “It's really pretty at night~”

“Really? Can I watch it someday?” The heiress nodded and pats her head. “You will see.”

She dazed, She had just imagined a figure. Two figures. A man with locks of gold and has golden eyes, travelers from a far.

It was night time, Yet she still couldn't fall asleep. She sensed a familiar aura sitting across her bed, legs crossed and arms crossed yet her bright red hair shined in the moonlight. “Mavuika, It looks like we have a visitor in Natlan... Soon.”

"I hope by then, you already know how to welcome him."

After that, the morning after it was a normal day Y/N trying to build her stamina. “My lady, do you want to go to my tribe?” Kinich said which made her eyes widened. She blushed and looked away before she nods, “Y-Yeah, sure..” It was a great way to know more about the Scions of Canopy. As they walked they walked slowly, Y/N was breathing heavily until her knee collapsed. Her eyes widened as she coughed. “GAH! YOU'RE SO CLUMSY!” Ajaw exclaimed as he looks at the heiress on the ground before Kinich crouched down to her level looking at her in the eyes.

Y/N stopped for a moment, The two of them stared at each other's eyes— while the Saurian rants about them in the background. "Can you do it? Do you need my help?” Y/N hesitated before she finally gave in and nodded. Without any second thought he easily carried her bridal style, Y/N's arms found themselves hugging his nape.

It felt like her breathe caught in her throat, Neither one of them was saying anything. Her cheeks flushed and soon enough with Kinich's offer to help they arrived in his tribe, Kinich Unexpectedly saw a familiar face.

“Mualani?” The dendro user asked the girl with melanin skin, The girl cheerfully waved her hand but came to a halt when she saw Kinich wasn't alone— but there was a fair beauty he was carrying. “Kinich—!” Her blue colored unique eyes widened as she bow. “H-Heiress!?” Y/N looked over to Kinich and nod, slowly he puts her down on the ground as she composed herself. “Mualani, right? Of People of the Springs?”

“Y-Yes! That's right!” She said panicking, Y/N smiled. “I've heard from my mother that you're a very... very excellent fighter. You have my thanks for fighting for Natlan.”  Mualani blushed as she nods.

“What brings you here, heiress?” She asked curiously, “Kinich invited me to visit his tribe.” She looked troubled, “Is something the matter?” Y/N said. “Ah well, It's the registration for the Pilgrimage today so I thought I'd go with Kinich...” Y/N thought for a moment, “So you need Kinich? Is that right?” She pondered, Mualani nodded. “Well I can just wait in the tribe, You can go Kinich.” She said as she looked at him.

“No, If you're gonna wait here then I'll let you wait in my house.” He said, She looks at him and nods. “Fine, let's do that then.”

“I'm so sorry My lady, I seemed to forgot that today was the registration.” He said. She shook her head as they got inside his humble home. “It's fine Kinich, go... And come quickly to tour me around, okay?” She asked. Kinich looked at her and nod.

As soon as Kinich and Ajaw left, Y/N took a good look around his house. It was meticulously clean— and organized. Not a speck of dust to be seen but his house was empty.

Not a single photo, or decorations. Just a plain bed and other necessary things such as a table and a mini bed which she guesses is for Ajaw. Suddenly she felt the breeze of wind outside the window, It felt different. Her mouth slowly curved into a small smirk.

He's here.” She mumbled to herself as she looked back at the window.
