"Okay, so how long has it been?" Stiles asked me.

"Weeks. He hasn't called me back or replied to any of our text." I said pointing to Scott.

"Doesn't he do this all the time, he just gets up and leaves sometimes?" Stiles questioned us.

"This time feels different, he didn't leave me a note or talk to me about leaving. Derek doesn't do that." I stated. Derek never left me without an explanation within a few days. "Something is wrong and I can feel it."

"We went to the loft," Scott said. "The alarm was on and everything looked okay, but Rose found these." Scott opened the jar filled with empty bullet cases, sliding them across the metal table to Stiles. "I sent a picture of it to Deaton, he said that it's the mark of a family of hunters based out of Mexico."

"The Calaceras."

"What would they want with Derek?" asked Lydia who was looking at the drawing of a scull on the bullet case in Stiles hands.

"You don't think they killed him, do you?" Stiles asked, looking at Scott.

"We don't know, that's why you're here." I said sliding the jar to Lydia.

Lydia reached in the jar and pulled out a handful of bullet casing. She moved them around in her hand for a few seconds before letting them fall to the floor of the animal clinic. Scott, Stiles and I didn't hear anything, but we all know that she heard something the moment those hit the ground.

"Lydia, what, is he dead?" Stiles spoke first. I sucked in a breath, 'he's not dead' I told myself.

"No," She said. A sigh of relieve came out of my mouth before I could stop it. "But I'm not sure he's alive either."

My head snapped up. "What does that mean?" I asked angrily.

"I don't know. There's something not right. I just, I don't know." She whispered, she was chasing it around her mind, you can see it on her face, she's confused.

I ran my hands through my hair out of habit. There is no way Derek can be dead. Other than Peter, I'll have no family, I'll be alone.

"So if the Calaveras have him, how do we find them?" Stiles asked.

"Mexico."

"Something's happening." Kira rushed over to Malia and I. I glanced around the club, watching as guards talked on walkie-talkies and moved through people on the dance floor.

"I know," I said as Malia and I kept moving to the beat of the music.

"What do we do?" Kira was worried about this plan.

"Blend in!" Malia told her. Kira raised her eyebrows in a questioning manner. "Dance with us, dumb ass."

Kira moved awkwardly, causing both me and Malia to giggle at her.

I placed my hand on her lower back and pulled her toward me, making her go wide-eyed. "Just relax," I whispered in her ear. "and have fun." We began moving our hips in sync, left to right. Kira threw her arms around my neck, while I placed my hands on her hips. We smiled at each other.

We danced as if we were the only two people in the room. I moved up and down her body, watching as she got more relaxed and looked like she was having fun. We clasped our hands and continued bouncing to the music, taking up more and more room on the floor. Malia joined in, grinding next to and along with us.

The more we got into dancing, the more this felt like a normal thing. It didn't feel like we were on a extremely important mission to save my older brother. It feels like me and my friends having a fun Saturday night. The look of happiness that spread across my two friends faces made me smile more, making my cheeks start to hurt.

We danced together for a few more minutes, before people began closing the small circle that was around us.

I glanced over my shoulder to see a tall man whispering to a shorter woman, obviously guards. I tried listening in, but their conversation was over and done with before I got the chance. The two went their separate ways and I turned my attention back on my friends. They were definitely talking about our group, It wouldn't be take long before they start making their way to us.

Not a minute later Kira slowed her dancing and nodded to something behind Malia, making us look back to see a large man coming towards us with a hand gun. I noticed another woman walk a few feet behind Kira.

"Ready?" I asked the two. After Kira pulled out her weapon of chose, her nunchucks, and receiving nods from both girls we all turned to defend ourselves.

Malia punched the large man, not even stunning him. She quickly lifted him off the ground, only to slam him on his back. She held the gunned hand down as she hit him again to keep him down. Kira on the other hand swung her nunchucks at the woman, hitting her plenty of times in the face. The woman was weak and she couldn't defend herself in any way. She went down easy.

I turned around to see a slimmer man walking with caution as he held a gun in front of him. I kicked the gun out of his hand, before kicking him in the face with my other boot. As hard as I just kicked him in the face, hopefully he will be out for a while.

I nodded to Scott as he showed up. "Lets go."

We walked down a horribly lighted hallway, looking for Stiles and Lydia or an exit. As we turned a corner fog started coming around another corner. We all stopped.

"What's that?" I asked.

My question was answered when the fog started coming out of the ceiling. I fell to my hands and knees trying to catch my breath.

"Wolfsbane. It's wolfsbane! Kira, get out of here!" Scott yelled as he fell to the floor too. Kira left down the hall. "Kira, look out!"

I heard her grunt in pain as her body fell to the ground before I completely lost vision in my eyes. The three of us started coughing uncontrollably, our throats were closing up.

"Someone who has been an Alpha only a few months should be more careful when facing a hunter of 40 years." Araya spoke.

"All we want is Derek." I said panting.

"My lobito, you're a long way from home." She replied.

"You don't know where he is either." Scott choked. I heard a zapping before Scott roared in pain.

First chapter is done!

I'm so excited for this story! This is my first story ever, I've always tried starting stories and I lose motivation for the story line or the characters. This time, hopefully, I won't.
