Chapter 17

Since I went walking around to find Taylor I decided to stop at "Wet seal" to see if they had new high waisted shorts.My mom called me at the time to remind me that I had an appointment tomorrow.

Mom:"Honey,you know that you have an appointment tomorrow,right?"

Me:"Oh Yeah! Thanks mom for reminding me I almost forgot."

Mom:"Okay,what time did the doctor say that the appointment was,honey?"

Me:"Um,let me check the slip he gave me.Um it says at 1.So i'm going to school and then your gonna have to pick me up."

Mom:"Okay.When are you gonna be home?It's your father's birthday."

Me:"Soon,I still have to get him something.I'm at the mall,what do you think I should get him?"

Mom:"Um,he likes watches."

Me:"An specific kinds of watches?"

Mom:"No"

Me:"Can we invite Hailey and Matt?"

Mom:"Sure,is Taylor coming too?We can invite them to dinner and then we can bring the cake in."

Me:"Yeah great idea,see you in a little bit."

Mom:"Okay bye honey,see you soon."

Me:"Bye mom"

I ended the call and went to "JcPenny" to go see if there was a watch that I could buy for my dad.I finally found the perfect watch for dad,he was gonna love it.It had everything dad loved about watches.I was all done shopping so I called Taylor and then called Hailey.

-Taylor picks up-

Me:"Baby,I'm all done shopping,its my dad's birthday today so we have to get to my house soon."

Taylor:Okay! Okay! I'm coming,calm down."

He knew that I was rushing him.

-end the call and call Hailey-

Hailey:"Hello?"

Me:"Um.....Yeah,are you guys done shopping? We have to get to my dad's birthday party at my house,and yes you guys are invited."

Hailey:"Yeah,we are.Where are you guys so we can all meet up and leave?"

Me:"Um,I'm at the fountain in the middle of the mall."

Hailey:"Okay we'll be there soon."

I noticed that I didn't tell Taylor where I was,so I texted him letting him know that I was near the fountain in the middle of the mall. "I'm near the fountain in the middle of the mall.Just letting you know so you know where to find me.Be safe I love you"
