So this is called Iridodialysis; a condition where the iris collapses due to a penetrating or a blunt force trauma to the eye or during an eye surgery
If you find yourself, or someone, with this condition, go to the hospital ASAP as if this issue is left untreated, the eye will become blind. Oh, and, try not to move your eye if this happens
