Zoey's POV

It had been 2weeks since I had heard or seen niall but I was mostly my fault. Niall had been stopping by at Scarlett's studio and at the radio station to see me. But I had changed my shift and the time that I take Scarlett to school so we wouldn't run into each other. He kept calling and texting me as well but I just blocked his number.harry had also tried to get I contact with me but I ignored him as well. I didn't want anything to do with either of them. I didn't need people coming into mine and Scarlett's life for them to complicate things. I was just easier for it to be me, my little girl and I.

I walked down the street to the corner shop to get something's I needed for dinner tonight. I had Scarlett in her stroller while I was listening to my favorite band on my iPhone. The sound of la la by the can ran through my head phones as the brisk fall air hit my way. About half way through the song I had an incoming call. Recently I hadn't even looked at my phone because it was always either harry or Niall. But for done reason I decide to look down at my phone. I saw a random number and decide to pick it up.

"Hello?"

"Hi darling it's lou, lux's mom" I cheery voice said the phone

"Oh.... um hi how are you" I was a little confused on why she is calling me but I just kept listening.

"Good good, listen lux really wants to see Scarlett and I also loved having her around why don't you come over for a play date" her voice was sincere and I mean why not let Scarlett have a play date. You see Scarlett has been asking for Niall all these two week. Things like "when is niall coming over" and "I wanna go see niall". She was so attached to him that it's just strange. So maybe this play date will get her mind off of him.

"Ya sure when do you want me to come ov-" I didn't even get to finish my sentence before lou answer right now. I told her okay I would be there in like 5 minutes. I remembered that Lou lived really close to me and I could easily walk over there. Thank god I had decide to put on something decent before I left the house. I was in black leggings with a grey jumper tucked into them. A big grey grandfather sweater on top and some blank combat boots. Since i was having a bad hair day I just put on a benie and let my hair flow in waves down my back.

"Momma where we going" Scarlett asked titling her head back so she could look at me from her seat.

"To go see baby lux and Lou. do you remember them?" I asked. As soon as I finished my sentence Scarlett smile spread across her face and she bounces up and down letting out a loud yea. After walking about 4 and a half blocks I spotted a familiar house. Lou stood at the door way and waved with her free hand as she had lux placed on her hip. I unbuckle Scarlett from her seat and let her down as she runs over to Lou and lux. I see Lou set down lux and her and Scarlett run and give each other a big hug. I pick up the now folded stroller and walk up the steps to lou.

"Hi love" she said as she wrapped her arms around me giving me a hug. I gratefully returned it and we walked inside. I could see she was making tea and the tellie was on.

"Make your self at home while I get the tea" she said before disappearing into the kitchen where I heard the tea pot whistling. I walked over to the couch with the tellie right in front of it and took off my jacket. I say down laying my sweater in my lap and after a few moments Lou came back with two tea cups and matching saucers.

"Here you go love" She said handing me one of the teacups. She took a seat down next to me and I sipped my tea It was My favorite tea called Yorkshire tea. I could tell it's just delicious and she did the same Taking a big sip of her tea before setting it down on the dark brown square coffee table in front of us. Lux and Scarlet were over by the floor playing with a few of Lux's toys. I couldn't help but smile maybe to go finally had a really good friend. And well so did I Lou is amazingly sweet. We talked about a pregnancies and deliveries and how much we love our kids and you dont see ourselfs with out them.

"Hey um actually wanted to ask you something" Lou said getting all awkward and I knew what she was going to ask me. I mean I knew the boys had told her. But I pretended like I didn't know and let her ask me anyways.

"Well .... Um ... is it true that Niall is Scarlett ....you know F-A-T-H-E-R" She said spelling out the last part so Scarlet wouldn't understand. But Scarlet was smart and as soon as she heard niall's named her head turning towards us and her eyes went wide. I gave her a small smile and she turned away before turning my attention back to Lou and nodding slightly.

"I really think you should talk to him he's called me a couple times I doesn't sound so great" She said picking up Her tea once more and taking a sip.

"I don't know Lou I mean-"I didn't even get to finish my sentence before Lou cut me off.

"Zoe seriously what could go it hurt by you just talking and mean if you talk to him everything to work out maybe you guys can-"

"Can what get-together I don't think can trust him after Basically lying to me" I said quickly getting angrier and angrier by the second. Thinking on how long he knew and how e saw me and saw her and never said anything.

"Okay I understand I didn't invite you over to get you angry. I just kind of wanted to talk And I wanted lux Scarlet to play together I mean lux and her really seem to hit it off don't you think". She said trying change the subject but she was right about that. Scarlett and lux had seem to hit it off very well they were laughing and playing together so nicely over there on the floor. I couldn't help but smile this is the first time in two weeks that I have genuinely seen scarlet be happy.

We talked for about another three hours of just random things that went on our lifes. i told her my whole story and why lived in London alone and how I met Harry and Niall. She told me about her husband wasn't there at the moment because he was out doing work. It was starting to get dark and Scarlett had already fallen asleep. I told Lou that I was so grateful that she had invited me over and that i really needed this. She said there was no problem that I was welcome to come back anytime. I started to gather my things and put Scarlet back in her stroller, making my way out the door and waving to Lou one last time as she held a sleepy Lux in her arms. I finally made it back to the house casually looking over to Mrs. Honey's house to see the her lights are still. That was odd because it was around 10:30 she usually is asleep right now.

But I just kept walking and made my way up the stairs to my front door. Scarlett was fast asleep so I gently pulled the stroller up the stairs and inside after I unlocked the door. The warmth of my home hit me and I instantly felt tired. Closing the door behind me with my foot as I unbuckled scarlet from Her seat and picked her up slowly cradling her in my arms. I walked down the hall as I kicked off my shoes mid-path leaving one farther behind than another. I didn't feel like changing out of my clothes nor having to change Scarlett out of hers. So I just took off my jacket carefully making sure not to wake Scarlett while she was in my arm. And I started to lay us both down on my bed. With Scarlet still in my arms I turned to the side and made myself comfortable. I took off Scarlett's little pink converse that Matched perfectly With her horizontally striped longsleeved pink shirt and her white leggings. I threw them off to the side of the bed and covered us both with a blanket. I cuddled up with my baby in my arms and fell asleep in a night of peaceful bliss.

For the first night in two weeks I didn't think about harry and I didn't think about Niall. All I thought about was my baby girl in my arms. Today talking to Lou Really made me think about everything and everyone. But most importantly made me realize that the most important person in my life I am holding in my arms right now. And I'll never let her or let anyone hurt her.

This is kinda just a filler and the next chapter is out on Friday

I have another story but Im still debating in posting it or not
