Darkest hour, wake thy power

We were all asleep on the leaves that were upon the road until we heard a loud gasp,

"They're coming!" Lilia said as she panted as I rubbed my eyes and Rio placed a soft kiss on my neck as she caressed my bump.

"We haft to go!" Lilia confirmed as Alice woke up and squinted her eyes at her,"what?" She asked as her voices were groggy from being asleep.

"The summoning spell, we left the door open!" Lilia told us as she got up and out her jacket on as Alice rushed up,"what are you talking about?" Alice questioned as I looked over my shoulder at Rio and tried to stand up, I stumbled as Rio held my waist and held me close to her as I stood up.

"What did you see?" I asked as lilia gulped,"go on Lilia tell them" Rio said as she smirked and traced her fingers up and down my waist,

"The Salem Seven" Lilia confirmed as she nodded at Rio who had a smirk on her face,"scary, long black dresses" the boy asked Lilia who nodded

"When Agatha killed her original coven,"

"By taking their power!" Rio exclaimed as she tilted her head

"Because her own mother tried to have her executed!" I added as Rio huffed and looked over at Lilia,"when Agatha murdered her coven, she spared their young children!" Lilia told us as Rio spoke up,

"Yea and then they became a feral mind-bent coven who thrives for revenge!"

We heard faint shouting as we saw Agatha running down the road and she quickly wrapped her blazer around herself,"moral of the story kids, always finish what you started!" She told us.

"Also mercy is overrated" she added on as she adjusted her blazer on her shoulders and told us we needed to move, everyone ran with Agatha meanwhile Rio wouldn't let me run, which was probably a good thing to be honest she had her arm firmly snaked around my waist as she walked and took in the beauty around us,

We heard hiss from behind and in front of us as Rio retraced her arm and pulled out her knife, I mean who has a knife just stuffed in their pocket!

"We need to escape!" The boy said as a louder hiss came from above us, making us look around and gasp ass we heard another,

"This is so humiliating!" Lilia said as she handed the boy a branch,"why does your generation hate them so much?" He asked as Lilia sighed and gave him another one.

Me and rio, swapped brooms as she took my hand and leant closer to my ear moving my dirty blonde hair out of the way,"don't fall off!" I gasped sarcastically as she chuckled and kissed my knuckles.

"We fly together or not at all!" Agatha told us as the boys eyes lit up as wide and him swapped brooms and we heard and other hiss but now it was louder,

"Oh no" he whispered as we saw a black silhouette above us and it glared down at us before another came out and started crawling towards us.

"Let go let's go let's go!" Agatha shouted as we ran and jumped onto our brooms and began to fly into the cold night sky.

"We've got to get off the road!" Alice shouted at us as she looked down at the Salem Seven slowly gathering in a circle.

We lifted higher into the air as we flew past the blood-red moon as the wind was blowing into my face I saw Rio looking at me with a small smile,

"You're staring" I told her as she chuckled and shook her head,"no im admiring my beautiful Lydia" she responded as I laughed and we continued to fly,

"I haven't done this in century's!" Lilia exclaimed as she laughed and looked down at the dimly lit road beneath us.
