chapter 6: alabasta!/flirty fire boy

(M/n's pov:)

After we left drum we were now headed towards alabasta.

It's been a day so far but we're almost there

We'll help vivi set her country free no matter what!

We had finally made it to the shores of alabasta

"Yosh! Food! C'mon m/n let's go to a restaurant!"

Wait what

"Wait luffy what do you me-"

Before i could finish my sentence luffy grabbed my arm and we rocketed off the ship

And surprisingly we landed straight into a restaurant

But it seems we hit someone at the same time... I mean look at the size of the hole in that wall!

"Give me tons of meat pops and... What do you want m/n?"

"Kid are you aware of who you just sent flying?!"

I chuckled at his shocked face because to me this became a normal Friday.

"I'll have some rice luffy"

Then a marine came out from the rubble

"Straw hat!"

Luffy answered while stuffing his mouth with food

"Ow ish shmokwey!"

He then ran off without paying

I sighed and took out some money from my own wallet and gave it to the chef

"I'll pay for both our meals since the little troublemaker ran off"

"Thank you sir!"

"You're welcome"

The marine was apparently staring at me the whole time and had just now approached me.

"I know you... You're that boy from the east blue that they called an angel. Why are you around someone like straw hat?"

I looked at him

"Well underneath his mischievous attitude is a very kind boy who just wishes to protect his friends, so keep that in mind mister marine"

I was about to walk away before he grabbed my arm

"Smoker..."

"Huh?"

"My name's smoker..."

I chuckled

"Well it was very nice to meet you but i have to go take care of my problematic capt-"

"Oi luffy it's me ace!"

A guy ran after luffy after running through the holes luffy had caused

I barely had time to blink before i decided to follow him to find luffy

I'm pretty sure smoker went in another direction to find luffy but i kept following the cowboy hat guy.

We eventually arrived on a rooftop where i could see smoker getting closer to luffy... And apparently the rest of the crew we're now with him.

"It's over straw hat we have you cornered!"

I heard the guy in front of you whisper something about it being action time before he grabbed me by the waist with one arm and the other turned to fire before he yelled
