I spent the next two days at his place . Each and every person in the house treated me with such gentle care .
But I couldn't stay here anymore, not after what I heard this morning.
I went to the kitchen to grab some water but eavesdropped on a conversation.
Two household workers were talking how he always keeps his room off-limits to others.
He doesn't permit anyone in his room. But he straightaway carried me there only.
Breaking boundaries for me , is not so very Shaurya kinda thing to do.
I entered the kitchen and one of the ladies immediately came .
"Aapko kuch chaiye madam " She said with a smile on her face.
"Harshita , nahi bas paani hi " I replied with the same gesture.
She poured me a glass of water and handed it to me .
Both of these ladies were watching me and giggling.
Like kyu par.
"Muje bhi btao kyu has rahe ho , mera bhi mood acha Karo " I said as I was genuinely curious now .
"Harshita, Mai is ghar me 2 saal se kaam kar rahi hu and kabhi Sir k room me nahi gayi , par tumhe to vo khud hi le gye , sara Ghar yahi baat kar rha ha 2 din se " She told me with excitement. Her face depicted happiest for God knows what reason.
"Matlab , koi bhi kabhi Shaurya k room me nahi gaya, like kabhi bhi ?" I uplifted my eyebrows.
"Nahi "
This word just echoed in my mind for the rest of the day .
I came back to his room , which was in such a neat and clean condition.
All of my medicines in a box, the bed made , and I could smell detol everywhere.
