Mystic Falls

The word nervous was what described Hayley at the moment. When she received Tayler's call, she got goosebumps from head to toe, but she didn't show it and when the conversation ended, only one phrase crossed her mind: Klaus already knows about her existence.

Those words were repeated throughout the night. On one hand, she was frustrated because she won't be able to continue with her trip as she had planned. She was even thinking about the tour she was going to take throughout the United States visiting her friends to end up in Canada.

On the other hand, she was curious to see what changes could have occurred due to her intervention in Katherine's plans, although the crazy professor may make an appearance with his fanatic delusions wanting to wake up Silas. She should take care of him as soon as he appears.

If she remembered correctly, the only person she met in Mystic Falls from the Mikaelsons was Klaus thanks to her direct contact with Tayler. She knew that Rebekah was there too, but her relationship with her brother was not the best, for the same reason that they never interacted.

She wondered if Elijah returned to his brother's side after finishing with the Petrova, "if he finished," doubt also suddenly arose. But she trusted that the vampire understood the message although she would check if she kept her word when she arrived. She knew that as soon as she set foot in the place Klaus would know, but he would not immediately go looking for her. She loved dramatic entrances, she even managed to pass on her tastes in this regard.

She decided not to let those thoughts torment her. She knew Niklaus, she would see how to deal with him when the time comes. Without waiting any longer she prepared to pack all her things, once everything was ready and accommodated in her car she wrote a note for her friends. Short and without giving many explanations, but without saying anything that would raise suspicions.

They would find her when they woke up, they would not be surprised by her abrupt departure since it used to be like that on many occasions because she hated goodbyes. When everything was ready, she started her car and put the Evanescence album by the band of the same name on her music player. She needed to arrive relaxed and confident so that no one would know when she was lying, consoling herself with the idea that Klaus still doesn't know her well enough to know when she's lying, but she did know him.

Just as he started the engine his phone vibrated, showing a message from Tayler:

Hals, when you get to town, ask for Tayler Lockwood, I'll explain everything here........

Well, at least he had an excuse for the fact that he knew where his house was. Mystic Falls, here I come.

Kol wakes up disoriented between the silk sheets now stained red by the blood of the two naked girls on either side. He didn't even know their names and now it's certain that they won't tell him. He slid elegantly to walk to the full-length mirror on the other side of the room, when he got there he could see his reflection. He was shirtless and his skin was perfect, as any sign of the night before was erased by his healing ability. He wore blood-stained jeans and a bored face. Just like he was at this moment.

To be honest, vampire life can get tiring, everything has been monotonous throughout his journey, it was the same algorithm day after day: kill, seduce, torture, learn. Not in that order, and not all of the above applies to everyone, but that was the essence. He often wondered how it would feel to be with someone who truly shows you love and protection even though they know the dark past that may be behind it

 But again those hurtful words come to his head, reproduced by his own voice: "You are a Mikaelson, they cannot love anyone. How do you expect them to trust you if your own brothers don't?" The truth is, it hurt to see his brothers' distrust of his explosive personality, well at first it mattered, then he stopped doing it or learned to pretend that he didn't do it to the point of believing it himself.
