Hoseok's pov :

Yoongi's words echo in my mind: "Princess Yama is beautiful." He must have feelings for her; that's why he said it. Hoseok thought, feeling a pang of envy strike his heart. How could I ever think I have a chance with him? It's impossible. Our positions, our worlds apart... but that's not even the main obstacle. The truth is, he can't love me because I'm a man —it's foolish to even think about it.

Upon reaching home, Hoseok changes into comfortable clothes, seeking solace. He sighs, letting his bag slide to the floor, and collapses onto the bed, surrounded by comforting silence.

"Yet, a glimmer of hope persists. What if... what if he feels the same? No, I mustn't think this way. I know I should let go, but this futile hope lingers. I'll keep it hidden, locked away. No one can know, not even Yoongi—especially not him."

As he sits in darkness, Hoseok's thoughts swirl: "Does he truly believe Princess Yama is beautiful, or is it diplomacy? I'm torn between envy and despair. Why did I even consider the possibility of him loving me? It's a fantasy, a fleeting thought. In this time, in this world, my feelings are impossible. I'll keep them locked away, hidden even from Yoongi."

"Let my fantasy remain a secret, tucked away in my heart. I'll cherish it, even if it's doomed from the start. This small, futile love will remain a secret fantasy, all I can have."

Unknown's pov:

Whispering to herself "Ah, Yoongi... so captivating, so enchanting. Soon, I'll see him.

"I've sent my notice; he must have received it. He knows I'm coming. He must be shocked, intrigued.

"Tomorrow, I'll see him. His eyes will lock onto mine, entranced by my presence and beauty.

"I can hardly contain my excitement. Soon, I'll be walking through the grand halls of my lover's palace. The intricate carvings, the shimmering chandeliers, the lush gardens...

"I imagine strolling alongside the serene lake, hand in hand with my beloved. The warm sun on our skin, the gentle breeze carrying the sweet scent of blooming flowers. His piercing gaze will meet mine, and my heart will flutter.

"He'll do my bidding, obey every command. He'll provide everything I desire. Or else...

"(giggles) I'll make sure he understands.

"I can't wait to see him. I envision his chiseled features, mesmerizing gaze... Mine.

"Tonight, under the starry sky, I'll finally be reunited with my love. Yoongi, my cherished, my heart beats for you alone."

"I'll control every movement, every breath. He'll succumb to my desires, surrender to my will. His palace, a symbol of power and prestige, will soon become my domain. I'll navigate its secrets, uncover hidden passages, and claim its treasures as my own. The thought sends shivers down my spine. His kingdom, people, everything will be mine. No one can stop me, nor dare defy me.

No one......

Third person's pov:

Hoseok groggily opened his eyes, wincing as sunlight pierced through the window. His head throbbed with a relentless ache, a testament to the sleepless night he'd endured.

As he sat up, his gaze fell upon the empty room. The silence felt oppressive, a reminder of his solitary struggle. Hoseok rubbed his temples, trying to alleviate the pounding headache.

"Today's the day," he whispered to himself, knowing Princess Yama Kaze would arrive at the palace.

With a heavy sigh, Hoseok swung his legs over the side of the bed and stood up. He began his morning routine, mechanically going through the motions.

As he dressed, his thoughts drifted back to Yoongi. What would happen when Princess Yama Kaze arrived? Would Yoongi see her as a genuine ally, or merely a means to secure peace?

Hoseok's anxiety intensified, his mind racing with worst-case scenarios.

Just as he finished tying his sash, a soft knock echoed through the room.

"May I enter?" Namjoon asked.

"Come in," Hoseok replied.

Namjoon stepped inside, his eyes scanning Hoseok's face. "I came to ensure everyone's health is in order before Princess Yama Kaze's arrival."

As Namjoon approached, his gaze lingered on Hoseok's tired features – dark circles under the eyes, pale complexion.

"Hoseok, what's wrong? You look... troubled," Namjoon said, concern etched on his face.

Hoseok forced a weak smile. "Just stressed about festival work."

Namjoon's expression turned sympathetic. "I see. Well, I'll prepare some herbal remedies to help you cope."

"Thank you, Namjoon," Hoseok said, grateful.

Namjoon handed Hoseok the medicine. "Take this, it will help you calm down."

"Take care of yourself, Hoseok," Namjoon advised. "You can't afford to fall unwell, not with the festival approaching. Your health is crucial, especially now. Stay active, focused, and don't let fatigue or distress weaken you."

Hoseok took the medicine, nodding. "Thank you, Namjoon."

"Get some fresh air," Namjoon suggested. "I have other people to check on, but take care of yourself."

With that, Namjoon departed.

Hoseok stepped outside, feeling slightly better after taking the medicine. The fresh air revitalized him.

"To myself, good luck, " Hoseok thought, taking a deep breath.
