chapter 1

" let's go "
just those words. cody whispered in my ear.
what did he mean by "let's go?" i guess I'll find out.
"but it's like one in the morning. why now?" i said rubbing my eyes.
"i don't care what time it is, i said lets go." he said sitting up, then walking into the bathroom.
"okay okay, im up. but where are we going?" I asked.
"if you keep asking I'm not going to tell you" cody said opening back up the door. "now, go get dressed and fix your hair. then sit on my bed and I'll be out in a minute." shutting the door.
I got up, brushed my hair, put on one of codys hoodies and grabbed his laptop.
while waiting for him i browsed my twitter.. but not to soon after i started thinking of where we could possibly be going. I look at the time. 1:30 am.
'why the hell is he taking me somewhere at one in the fucking morning.' I decided to just keep quiet and wait.
* 5 minutes later *
cody came walking out in black skinny jeans, and a black shirt, the usual. he came over to me and sat down on the bed.
" i know you're probably thinking that this is really crazy, but it isn't, so you shouldn't be scared. okay?" he said putting his arm around me.
"I'm trusting you, not only because i love you, it's because you've never lied to me." I said, setting my head on his shoulder.
"it's going to be alright. i promise. i just want to go on an adventure. just me and you." he said standing up. "now cmon, we need to go. make sure you have enough clothes and whatever else you need for a week because we can't turn around."
I pointed to a grey and white duffel bag, "it's all right there. what about yours?" I asked walking over to pick it up.
" I already put mine in the car." he said opening up his bedroom door. "now let's go."
"okay."
we crept to through the house to the front door and quietly snuck out. the adventure had begun at 1:30.
