HOGWARTS, 1993
( END OF PRISONER OF AZKABAN )

Harry Potter did not expect to be sitting in the Room of Requirement alongside his classmates, friends, enemies, and teachers. Neither did Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Neville Longbottom, Ginny Weasley, George Weasley, Fred Weasley, Percy Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Remus Lupin, Severus Snape, Minerva McGonagall, Rubeus Hagrid, and Albus Dumbledore. But here they were.

A day before the students were meant to be sent home after the year, the group of specific students received a note at their bedside table requesting them to come to the seventh floor and wait across the tapestry of Barnabas the Barmy at 4 pm that afternoon. The professors arrived shortly after and led them into the Room of Requirement.

The group of 14 sat on some cushy couches that formed a circle. They segregated themselves to Gryffindor, which was the majority, on one side and Slytherin on the other with the unbiased teachers in the middle.

"I suppose you are wondering why I called you here," Dumbledore hums in his usual dreamy tone. "Well, I woke up to the oddest thing this morning. A stack of books on my desk and a note inside saying for this group to read them together."

"No offense, professor," Ron Weasley spoke out from the left of Harry's side. "But the Quidditch World Cup is this summer and I'd rather not miss it for some reading."

Opening the sheet of parchment and adjusting his glasses, Dumbledore says, "I suggest you decide after I read this note, Mr. Weasley." He cleared his throat.

Hello,

If the correct group is reading this, then it worked. Multiversal travel is now possible. My name does not matter in the grand scheme of things, but rest assured, I have no ill intentions.

The following books are about another boy in a different universe than your own. A boy that I suspect that Mr. Harry Potter may relate to. I share these stories to try to prevent as many deaths as possible and to potentially create a bridge between worlds so you can help this other universe in conflict and vise versa.

Yours truly,

Anonymous.

A hushed silence spread throughout the room, the students exchanged confused glances to each other, unsure of what to think.

"I have already sent notices to your families of your unpreventable late arrival home," Dumbledore addresses, nodding towards the Weasleys specifically. "So I hope you can all join me in reading these books."

The students shared one last look before letting out sighs. What else could they say to Dumbledore's face other than yes?

CAMP HALFBLOOD, YEAR 3
( END OF THE BATTLE OF THE LABYRINTH )

It was a not so normal day at Camp Halfblood but definitely not the worst.

Still, Percy Jackson didn't expect to be sitting in the Mess Hall alongside his friends, frenemies, and mentor. Neither did Annabeth Chase, Grover Underwood, Tyson, Clarisse La Rue, Will Solace, Nico Di Angelo, Travis Stroll, Conner Stroll, and Chiron. But here they were.

Just as the summer was about to end, the group of demigods were called in by Chiron who was galloping across the camp looking for them. They huddled together on the benches closest to the table the Chiron and Mr. D usually ate at.

"I apologize if I interrupted any of you, but this matter is one of upmost importance," Chiron announces, seating himself at the table. "At the Big House, I found a stack of books with a note inside asking for this group to read them together."

"Isn't the Athena cabin better suited to this kinda thing?" Conner frowns, tilting his head.

Opening what looked like a piece of lined paper, Chiron sighs, "It's probably better if you heard this yourselves."

"Do you really think this is real?" Clarisse scoffs, crossing her arms.

"I admit that I as doubtful at first, but something else caught my eye." Holding out the paper for everyone to see, he pointed at a wax signature at the bottom of the page. It was a peacock, with small letters reading: Hera approved!

Jaws were dropped. Excluding Percy who muttered, "Looks like something out of a cheap movie."

"I suggest we don't act against the queen of the gods' wishes," Chiron awkwardly clears his throat.

The demigods, though wearing dubious looks, shifted a bit to make themselves comfortable for what seemed like an unbearably long time.
