He stepped closer, his presence looming over me, a dangerous energy radiating from him that sent another cold shiver down my spine. I could barely breathe under the weight of it. His eyes, dark and gleaming with a strange mixture of obsession and control, locked onto mine.
"If you betray me," he said, his voice low and slow, each word deliberate, like a blade carving through the air, "I will show no mercy."
My heart raced as his words hung in the air, every part of me screaming to move, to get away, but I was paralyzed. The darkness in his tone was unmistakable. There was no trace of kindness in him now, only raw, possessive intensity.
"I've given you everything," he continued, taking another step toward me, his eyes burning with an almost manic passion. "Brought you into my world, kept you safe when everything around you was falling apart. And you think—" he paused, his lips twitching into a dangerous smirk—"you think you could betray me? Walk away from me?"
He laughed softly, the sound chilling, devoid of warmth. "You don't understand, do you?" His fingers brushed my arm, almost gently, but there was something menacing about the way he touched me. "This isn't just about wanting you. I need you. And you need me, whether you admit it or not."
My breath hitched, my skin crawling under his touch, but I couldn't pull away. His eyes bore into me, filled with something dark, something twisted.
"If you do something stupid," he whispered, his lips close to my ear now, sending a wave of fear through me, "if you try to run, or betray me, or defy me... I will hunt you down. And when I find you—because I will find you—there will be no forgiveness. No second chances. You'll wish you had never crossed me."
His voice was soft, intimate, as if we were sharing a secret. But the venom behind it was unmistakable. The weight of his words pressed against my chest, making it hard to breathe. He wasn't just threatening me—he was promising something far worse than I could imagine.
"I don't think you understand how deep this goes," he murmured, pulling back just enough to look into my eyes. His gaze was sharp, almost feverish, and I could see the madness lurking just beneath the surface. "This isn't just some fleeting obsession. You're mine. You'll always be mine. And if you ever, ever try to take that away from me—" his grip tightened on my arm, fingers digging into my skin—"you'll see just how far I'm willing to go to keep what's mine."
My throat went dry, the fear clawing its way up, but I couldn't show weakness, couldn't let him see the terror building inside me. He was unpredictable, dangerous, and something about the way he looked at me made it clear he was far past the point of reason.
"You think you've seen me angry?" he asked, his voice almost teasing now, though it was laced with an eerie calm. "You haven't seen anything yet. Betray me, and I will tear apart anyone who stands in my way. Anyone who tries to take you from me."
His eyes flickered with a possessive fire, and I could feel his grip tightening as if he were imagining the very betrayal he spoke of. "I'll burn the whole world down if I have to. You belong to me—every part of you. And if I can't have you, then no one will."
The madness in his words made my stomach twist in knots, my body trembling with a fear I couldn't hide. He was more than just obsessed—he was consumed by it, by the idea that I was his, that I could never escape him.
"I don't share," he said, his voice dropping to a near growl. "I don't forgive. And I never forget. So, if you think you can outsmart me, if you even dream of betraying me, think again. Because the moment you do, you'll learn exactly what kind of monster I can be."
His gaze pierced through me, unblinking, unwavering, as if daring me to challenge him. I stood frozen, my mind reeling from the weight of his words, knowing that there was no room for mistakes, no room for escape. He would never let me go. He would never let anyone take me from him.
"Do you understand?" he whispered, his lips brushing against my ear once more, sending a chill down my spine. "You're mine. And I'll destroy anyone who tries to change that. Even you."
I nodded slowly, my body betraying the defiance I wanted to show. But deep down, I knew he wasn't bluffing. He was a storm waiting to be unleashed, and I was standing at the center of it, trapped, with no way out.
