Lex was so shocked by the news that she didn't say anything and dropped down, shocked. " W-what? No...you, you can't be serious! It can't be! " said Lex, sobbing harder that ever. " You're 15 right? " asked the police officer, trying to lift her up. " I'm 16...I turned 16 today, today...is my birthday " said Lex, pausing and refusing to get up, despite the efforts of the police officer. The police officer bends down and says " Can you live on your own or should I put you in child services? you are supposed to live alone since you're 16 but..seeing your condition, we can pull some strings and we can bring you to a foster home or something. "
Lex replies with no emotion, " I'll...I'll think about it "
The police officers departed and shut the door. Lex just thought about it for a few minutes, completely emotionless. Then suddenly, all the memories with her parents started pouring into her mind and she started sobbing loudly and sorrowfully over the loss of her parents.

After some time, she became devoid of emotion, her mind blank, sitting alone with no one by her side to sooth her. " I should not be like this forever, I have to make my parents happy and proud... " she thought.
She quickly got up and started walking outside, maybe the breeze can remove all the negative thoughts in her head. She wanted to see how much money was left in her bank account since she needed money for food and other priorities.
She walked towards the ATM an started looking into it, When she pressed the button to reveal how much money was left in her bank account, She couldn't believe her eyes.
" 10 FREAKING MILLION BUCKS?! " She thought. " This can't be... " she said, and looked around to see if any cameras would pop out to say It WaS A pRanK.
But no...nothing...
She ran to a police station to investigate about this.
" Darling, no citizen would give 10 million bucks accidentally. Maybe it's one of your relatives " he said, crumbs of donuts spilling as he spoke. " But I don't have relatives... " she mumbles.
