"See here," Jane starts, pressing play on the iPad display of Sylas' dive from a few moments earlier. "You twist juuuust the slightest bit at the end. Your feet pass each other just there. So, on the next one just try to hold it and be conscious of it, yeah?"

Sylas nods, running his towel through his hair and diligently watching the clip as she plays it again in slow motion.

"Okay, okay, yeah," He takes a deep breath. "I think I still, y'know, struggle with-"

"Sylas!"

The named man spins his head to where the call is coming from. Noah is standing at the other end of the poolside, hair still damp, holding up Sylas' bright phone.

"Yes?"

"Oscar's calling you!"

Sylas turns to Jane with an apologetic smile, but she's already waving him off. He turns on his heel and walks quickly towards his teammate, letting his towel rest on his shoulder as he approaches Noah.

"Thanks, mate."

"Yeah, whatever, loverboy," Noah rolls his eyes teasingly, handing Sylas his phone and moving to walk up the stairs of the 10 meter platform. Jane calls out for him to do a 2-degree dive.

Sylas presses the green button on his screen, pulling his phone up to his ear.

"Hey, Osc."

"Hi, how are you?"

"Good, I'm just at practice right now," Sylas smiles, taking a seat on the bench behind him.

"Oh, shit, I didn't interrupt you, did I? We can call later if you'd like."

"No, no, you're alright. I just finished going through my program, so Noah's up right now before we practice synchro."

"Am I going to meet this Noah before you guys become Olympic champions?"

Sylas laughs, pausing to watch his teammate sail through the air. The particularly good entry earns a cheer from Sylas on the sidelines. "Yes, you will. He's coming to Silverstone, actually."
