Friday 8 pm

"Aye, I don't usually say this because I'm usually busy. But what's up for tonight?" Kentrell asked as he walked down the stairs into his home's living room. He stood near the closest couch, watching his two friends still eating from the takeout order they ordered earlier in the evening.

Joe was the first to answer, looking up from his food, setting it aside as he spoke. "I heard it's a cool underground thing on the southside." Kentrell acknowledged him and pointed to Ben, awaiting his answer, too.

Ben sat up and turned toward his friend, standing near the armrest. "We could go skating or something." The trio laughed at his earnest expression before agreeing to what Joe mentioned.

"So, is it like a party or something?" Kentrell asked as they reached the seedy area with a small cottage in the distance. He wondered because they had to park far away and walk a bit before seeing anything that resembled anything substantial.

Joe simply nodded as he checked the flyer he had held in his pocket all day since his store run earlier in the day.

The conversation stopped as they drew closer to the front door of this party, or rather, a gathering. Kentrell still couldn't pinpoint what was going on. He should have occupied himself with his music or a long self-care night because what is this?

As they approached the door, they stopped short of making their presence known when they heard a conversation beginning,

"Whoa, where you going?" The boy, who didn't look that older than the trio, questioned,

"Man, she's crying!" The boy who stood at the doorway pointed behind him before scoffing and walking off.

The trio watched on as the boy at the door shook his head before heading inside, only returning when they decided to leave or stay. They were three curious boys, so they walked up further. As they did, the boy at the door stopped them, approaching Joe first. From his profile, the two couldn't tell what the dude was whispering to Joe or if he was getting mad or anything. They stood back as Joe entered the house, leaving them there.

The two tried to follow behind him after a while but were stopped by the boy telling them to wait a few more minutes. Eventually, Joe returned, and then Ben went through the door, only to return after some time. Kentrell knew that whatever this thing was, Ben would assess it and tell him what it was; he trusted him the most. So when Ben returned, and his face was a bit perplexed without showing any emotion, Kentrell decided to check out what had his friend so spooked in the first place.

He entered through the doorway and was immediately met with a set of stairs, four of them and then a hallway and it was narrow. After maneuvering through it, he ended up at a closed door. He hesitated to open it, but he did, and he was met with a pitch-black room with a small laminating light that was promptly lit, and the whole room began to glow. He closed the door and walked in further; he looked around at what looked to be a bedroom with more beds than a room. He turned his attention to the girl who emerged from around the corner of his eyes,

"I'll do whatever you want me to."
