***Ramshackle Dorm - M/n's Room***
M/n POV:
"Hee hee hee... Aren't the two of you supposed to be off cleaning the school today?" the first ghost asks. "Yup," I state bluntly while looking down at Grim. "Mmmmm... Nngh... Five more minutes, Ma..." Grim mutters, only being half awake. "Go ahead, sleep the day away. And you might not eeever hafta wake up again." the second ghosts says. "Just like us! Ah ha ha ha ha ha!" the third one adds on. "Myah?! The ghosts are back!" Grim exclaims, jumping up to get ready for a fight. I sigh and pick him up. "I'm not in the mood to fight, so no, you may not attack them for waking you up." I say while holding him, earning a pout from Grim.
"So I hear you'll be living here from now on? Hope you like pranks as much as we do! Hya ha ha!" the first ghost says happily before disappearing with his friends. "We gotta get rid of those things for good!" Grim exclaims in annoyance. "No," I reply. "Good morning, M/n. Did you sleep well?" Crowley asks after barging into my room. "Not at all! When I sprawled out on the bed, the mattress fell right through the frame! Exactly how ramshackle IS this dorm? And worse yet, we got woken up by ghosts!" Grim complains. "I slept fine, but stop barging into my dorm." I demand. "I am delighted to hear that you've adjusted so well, despite being sent another world! Now, speaking of moving on, let us discuss your assignment for today." Crowley says, completely ignoring my demand.
***Ramshackle Dorm - Lounge***
"Your job today is to clean the campus. That said, the campus is vast, and without magic, it'd be quite the Herculean task to clean it all. Therefore, today I'll have you focus on the area spanning from the front gates to the library. Now, M/n...I do expect that you'll keep a close eye on Grim, lest he cause another incident like yesterday." Crowley explains. "That wasn't my fault, and no promises." I say in annoyance. "Do not fail me. You may take your lunch in the cafeteria. I eagerly await the fruits of your labor." Crowley says happily before leaving. "Hrmph. I ain't cleanin' nothin'! I'm here to study magic so I can be blastin' off spells left and right! Like BAM! POW! FWOOM!" Grim complains. "You can learn then later, right now we need to focus on cleaning. Now let's head out." I reply. "Hrmph." Grim says as he pouts at my reply.
