As I entered the front gates I noticed there was a grand garden in front of the house and a huge driveway. I walked toward the front door before knocking, a tall man opened the door, he looked to be in his early twenties. He almost looked like JFK Jr. but just in his own way, I looked up at the man. He looked down at me and cocked a brow, "And you might be?" He questioned as he observed me. "I'm Cleo....Cleo Grace." I replied quickly, in a shaky voice. "Oh, come in you must be hot as a dog out here." He assured before stepping aside to let me into the mansion. As I entered the mansion I was greeted by people, they were handing me gifts and all sorts of things. After that I was filled with gifts in my hands and where ever else I could put them. "Sorry about that, they were so happy to meet you I guess they-" I cut him off saying, "Can you tell me what's going on?! Why do I have this money!" He looked at me dead in the eye, his brown eyes looking into my green eyes. "My father gave you the money, he wanted you to inherit the money." He said calmly before speaking again in a slightly lower tone so I could only hear, "And you are the first woman in this state to receive 67.8 billion dollars from Sylvester Stone."

I looked at him, "You mean..., but isn't someone related in the family supposed to receive that money! Not me!" I exclaim, before trying to push past him, but he held my shoulders tightly. "This might be rushed, and I know you are in complete shock right now but you must stay here. We will inform your family that you have been adopted and will be moved here." He reassured, massaging my shoulders for me to calm down. "B-but, this is not what I was meant to be doing I-.." I tried to speak but words wouldn't come out, I guess I was just in complete shock at the moment. "Just take a moment Ms. Grace, breathe." He whispered in to my ear almost in a comforting way. After what happened, I started to actually realize that this might be true and I wasn't dreaming. So he decided to show me around the mansion, "This is where you'll be sleeping Ms. Grace." He advised in the soothing tone he had and I nodded in response, still taking in what has been going on. He showed me the rest of the house, blah blah blah and then he went on with his day and I went on with mine. "And Ms. Grace, one more thing." He announced before continuing with "Call me, Lucien."

I sat in my new bedroom, taking in what my bedroom had. White silk sheets for the bed and white silk pillow cases, for the wallpaper on the wall it was a vintage white with designs on the wallpaper. The new bedroom I had also came with a huge closet to fit all my clothes even though I didn't have that much, it also had a huge bathroom with a vanity inside the bathroom. It was pure paradise but I didn't know if this was me in a way, I always grew up in a poor household and never got what I wanted and now I'm being spoiled with everything! I have a bunch of gifts lying around in my bedroom from people I don't know and it's all just a complete ruckus to be honest. But it will get some taking used to. For some reason I felt safe as well I didn't feel like I did in my old neighborhood, the ghetto neighborhood I used to live in. I was glad I was here, I thought. I was glad that this happened to me because I never thought that I would be rich in my entire life, until today.
