One day, Gautami was at her house, trying to give her focus while writing the lyrics of a new song for a recording. It was an urgent work but somehow she was not being able to.
She kept her hands on her head, being frustrated by her surprising lack of focus. Just then, she noticed a container of medicine lying in her bed. She picked it up and remembered something seeing it.
Flashback.
Gautami: Abhi, yeh kaise medicines hai?
Abhi: Jab aisa kabhi hota hai naa ke tum kisi kaam pe lage pade ho par kisi wajah se tumhara dhyaan tumhare kaam pe nahi lag paa raha, toh yeh medicine tab khaayi jaati hai.
Gautami: Aur isse lene ke baad kya hota hai?
Abhi: Dimaag thanda hojaata hai aur kaam pe ab focus dena aasaan ban jaata hai.
Flashback ends. Back to the present.
Gautami took out 2-3 pills from the container and had them with water. Just a couple of moments later, her head started paining and spinning.
She tried getting up but it only made it worse. Her head continued spinning, now more severely and she could not keep her balance in check.
Eventually, the pain and dizziness in her head became so much on her that she ended up losing her balance and fell on the ground, losing her consciousness.
Sometime later. Approximately after 30 minutes.
Gautami's eyes slowly opened up. Her head had stopped spinning but it felt very heavy still. She managed to get up somehow and taking the medicine in her handbag, immediately rushed to the hospital without any second thought.
At HopeRise Hospital.
Receptionist: How may I help you mam?
Gautami (in a hurried voice): Mujhe Dr. Singhania se milna hai. Bohot urgent hai.
Receptionist: I see. Well abhi toh woh ek operation mein busy hai. Jaise hi unka kaam hojayega, main unse baat karke aapko inform kardungi.
Gautami: Thank you.
Receptionist: It's of no worries mam. Aap yahi intezaar kijiye.
Gautami: Okay.
Scene changes.
Receptionist: You may go in mam. Dr. Singhania is ready to see you now.
Gautami: Okay thank you.
With trembling hands and sweat dripping down her face, she made her way towards the doctor's cabin.
Gautami: May I come in sir?
Dr. Singhania: Yes Gautami aajao.
Gautami: Okay sir. Shukriya.
Dr. Singhania: Toh aaj kaise aana hua aise sudden?
Gautami: Dr, mujhe janna hai yeh kaise medicines hai. (Takes out that container and hands it over to him)
Dr. Singhania: Yeh toh....
His words caught up in his throat.
Gautami: Yeh kya hai Dr?
Dr. Singhania: Lagta hai mujhe tumhe sachhai batani hi padegi.
Gautami: Kaisi aur kaunsi sachhai?
Dr. Singhania: Abhyudaya aur uske health ki sachhai.
Gautami: Aap kehna kya chah rahe ho?
Dr. Singhania (takes a deep sigh): Gautami, Abhyudaya ke paas waqt bohot kam hai.
