A child was born at night. At that time thousands of stars were twinkling in the sky. The whole world was shining with the light of thousands of stars. The parents named their child Taru. Taru started growing up slowly. He would often look at the stars while sleeping at night. He would say to his father, Papa, one day I will go to the stars. The father would say- yes son. He passed the twelfth standard at the age of eighteen. He was very interested in geography. Slowly time passed. Taru did his PhD in Geography at the age of twenty-six. He had now become Dr. Taru. He got a job in a space organization. Taru, along with his fellow space workers, started building a rocket that could go to the stars. Years passed by. They all continued with their work. After about ten years, an advanced rocket was built. Taru said- I want to go to the stars by rocket. But everyone refused and said that going there or for any human being can be life threatening. Because stars are extremely hot. There is neither air nor water in them. Everyone decided to send a robot wearing a space suit on the rocket. Taru had worked very hard in making that rocket. Therefore, everyone named that rocket Taru-1. The satellite was to be launched from that rocket. The next day. It was morning time. Sunlight was spread all around. Many people came to see the rocket test. Taru sat in the rocket wearing a space suit and stood still like a robot. Everyone thought that it was a robot. The rocket was launched. The rocket took off. Smoke went everywhere. The rocket started moving towards space, tearing through the sky. After a few days, the workers working in the space agency came to know that Taru was sitting in the rocket instead of a robot. This news reached his parents. His parents started crying a lot. A strong stream of tears flowed from their eyes. Now nothing can be done. Now the rocket had gone quite far. The rocket kept moving towards the star. Days kept passing. After about six months, the rocket had now reached near the star. The heat was very intense. The ration and water present in the rocket had finished. The satellite was launched. The satellite started revolving around the star. Everyone saw the land of the star through the camera present in the satellite. Which was very hot and only hot lava was visible. Taru started moving towards the star. He was unable to bear the bright light of the star. His whole body was drenched in sweat due to heat. As he kept moving towards the stars, his body started melting. Taru's dream of going to the stars was about to be fulfilled. Despite so much pain and burning, there was a strange satisfaction and a strange smile on Taru's face. After some time, Taru merged into the stars. The eyes of the people of the whole world became moist and that space scientist left this world.
