After learning that they would be each other love interest they started practicing together specially during the time when the main leads were doing their parts. He treated her very nicely and was very friendly to her. His kind, mature and sweet nature quickly caught her attention. She felt very comfortable with him and developed a crush on him. At first Sangyi only saw her as a successful idol. But after knowing her and spending time with her made him feel something. He didn't wanted anything to happen between them because of the age gap and tried to bury his feelings. But as they spent more time and he saw her cute personality he couldn't help but fall in love. She first confess and then he also did but told her that it was impossible cuz of the age gap and their status as an idol & actor. But she told her to don't give a fuck about other people opinion and so they finally accept their feeling. It was the same night she had her actual first kiss and ykyk. They kept their relationship very private. It was 3Racha who first came to know about their relationship when they accidentally walked in them while they were making out in her studio even before the drama release. So she had to tell the other members too. At first they were all a bit hesitate as it was her first time dating and the person she was dating was much older than her. But they quickly accepted their relationship after seeing just how much they are in love with each other. They are currently still going strong and they both hope that they'll be able to start a family together.
