The Girl Who Knew (Luna Lovegood x OC)

Hey, Harry!

                                                                       "Mental those ones, I'm telling ya."

Seraphina was running through the halls with Luna, most students were in lessons so they didn't run into anyone.

"Petrificus Totalus!"

"Protego!"

Luna deflected Sera's jinx and they kept going back and forth; with Luna jinxing and Sera defending or Sera jinxing and Luna defending. Everything was going smoothly until Sera nearly ran headfirst into a familiar trio. Luna hadn't seen her stop so she kept sending hexes.

"Locomotor Wibbly!"

Sera had barely managed to deflect the curse before she disarmed Luna and jerked her head toward them. She grinned sheepishly while she picked up her wand and jogged beside Sera.

"Sorry about that. Did any of you get hit?"

The trio snapped their head towards Sera and Luna in surprise before Hermione Granger came to her senses first and replied,

"We're okay, thanks"

"Good. Hi, Harry"

Sera nodded at them before speeding off again, Luna close behind her, giggling and squealing as they jumped, ducked, or deflected oncoming curses from each other. Ron Weasley sighed exasperatedly and remarked,

"Mental those ones, I'm telling ya"

Harry's eyebrows were furrowed in confusion.

"Why did she say hi to me in particular?"

"Well, have you talked to her?"

"I think she's talked to me before but I don't remember replying"

"That solves it then!" exclaimed Ron with a grin, "She has a crush on you and she's trying to get you to notice her!"

Hermione shook her head at Ron and smacked him with her book.

"How" Smack "Stupid" Smack "Could you be?!"

"OW!  Blimey, Mione! What on earth was that for?!"

"Haven't you seen her with Luna Lovegood? When she's around her her hair's pink! When she's around Harry her hair's silver!"

"And?"

"And?!  Pink obviously means - HMPH!"

Sera was suddenly behind Hermione, looking at her with pleading eyes. Realization dawned on her and she nodded reassuringly before Sera ran away shooting another hex at Luna.

"What the hell was that about?"

"Nevermind! Let's go!"

Ron was still staring at her in disbelief.

"Women,"  he sighed, shaking his head again.

Harry was still confused. Was Ron right? Did Sera actually like him?
