4. "Shocked"

Tara's POV

I placed the bottle on the slip without making a sound, and with a jerk, I snapped the opponent's neck.

"Who are you?" I asked with a growl.

"Ahh please leave me it's me Shahzain" he groaned in pain.

I think I heard this voice.

"Shahzain?" I grabbed his arm and turned him towards me.

"Apne hi ghar me choro Ki tarah ghusna pare, aese konse kam sar anjam diye hain apne Shahzain Shahab" Crossing my arms over my chest I asked in a sarcastic tone.

(You have to come into your own house like a thief, what kind of work have you done Mr Shahzain?)

"Oh, my dear sister, bharosa rakhen apko bataiye baghair koi kam kiya hai mene aj tak" I chuckled looking at him.

(Trust me have I done something without telling you till today?)

"By the way when did you come" Shazain asked while taking out the bottle from the fridge.

"Ap mujhe call Kardeti main airport ajata lene" he said taking a sip.

(You call me I come to the airport to pick you up)

"There was no need for that, I came with Jinal" I said, shahzain nodded his head.

Suddenly a pain arose in my headache, but I handled myself in time.

"Are you okay?" Shahzain held me by my shoulders made me sit on the chair and asked in a worried tone.

"I'm okay, just a headache" I said closing my eyes in pain.

It's getting worse.

"I think I should go to my room" while standing from the chair I said.

"I'll take you to your room" Shahzain said.

"No need Zain I'm all right I can go myself, don't worry" Giving him a half smile I walked out of the kitchen.

"Good morning ma'am" Jinal greeted with a smile while entering in room.

"Good morning, tell me the schedule for today" I said while wearing the wristwatch.

"You have two meetings today one on sharp at 9:00 am with Mr. Raghuvanshi and the other at 2:00 pm with Mr. Patel" She looked at the iPad and said in a professional tone.

"Cancel my meeting with Mr Patel I have some work to do" Jinal looked at me with wide eyes like she saw some ghost. I never cancel my meetings unless it's about Sia.

"Didn't you hear what I said?" I asked her in a serious tone who still looked at me with open mouth.

"I did ma'am"

"Then tell the driver to ready the car I'll be there in 10 minutes" I said.

"Sure Ma'am" She said and walked outside.

"Kahan jarhi ho?" As I walked towards the main gate I heard the voice. I stopped at my place and rolled my eyes, knows what's coming.

(Where are you going?)

"Office" I said while looking at my phone.

"Don't go to the office today Hania's in-laws are coming for shopping you will also go with us" Mom said.
