"Dil mei ho tum... aankhon mei tum pehli nazar se hi yaara,

("In my heart, it's you... in my eyes, it's you,
From the very first glance, my love.")❣️

Yeh ishq ki hai saazishein... jo aa mile hum dobara"

("This is the conspiracy of love,
That brought us together again.")

The song ended, and everyone cheered for Ayaansh, but the one person whose reaction he truly cared about was lost in her book, not paying him any attention. A small piece of his heart broke, but he managed a faint smile to hide his disappointment from the rest.

Manvi quietly excused herself, leaving her seat and stepping out of the AC coach. She reached the train door, letting the cool wind hit her face as she gazed at the passing scenery. A single tear unknowingly slipped down her cheek as she took a deep breath, trying to calm her racing heart. Just then, she felt a hand on her shoulder.

Turning around, she found Ritika standing there. Without a word, Manvi collapsed into her arms, the flood of emotions she had been holding back, finally spilling out. Her tears flowed freely as Ritika gently patted her back, trying to comfort her.

The sound of the train's wheels clattering against the tracks seemed to echo the turmoil in Manvi's heart as she stood by the door, her emotions too overwhelming to suppress. The cool breeze brushed against her tear-streaked face, and she struggled to hold herself together until Ritika's comforting presence brought everything crashing down.

As Manvi buried herself in Ritika's embrace, her tears flowed freely, no longer hidden behind her quiet strength. Ritika gently stroked her back, whispering words of comfort, waiting patiently for Manvi to find her voice again.

When Manvi finally pulled away, her face reflected the pain she'd tried so hard to bury, her breath uneven, her hair messy, and her eyes red from crying. Ritika, unable to bear seeing her friend in so much pain, softly said, "Manvi, take a deep breath. Relax."

Sensing that Manvi had calmed down a little, Ritika continued, "Now, tell me what's going on. Whatever you're feeling, just let it out."

Manvi, her voice fragile, met Ritika's concerned gaze and said, "I just can't take it anymore... seeing him with his daughter, knowing that the person I loved-who I still love-has a life that doesn't include me. I knew this day might come, I was prepared for it, but now that it's here... I don't know how to handle it. It's tearing me apart, Ritika. I don't know if I can do this."

Ritika wiped away Manvi's fresh tears and softly replied, "Manvi, I may not know exactly how you feel, but I can imagine how hard this must be for you. But you have to stay strong, not only for yourself but for your mother also."
