Author's note: Yay! Here is the 4th chapter , to be honest Tophat has the saddest backstory due to the fact that his parents and his sister got killed in the factory. Well , on with the story!
A bunny family lives in the forest , not far away from the factory of slaughtering animals for meat. Tophat and his sister have a good life in the forest with their parents by their side.
However a tragedy happened to Tophat in wich he almost got killed too and will hunt him forever.
The Bunny siblings are playing together , their mom approaches them
Miffy: kids! me and your dad are gonna go find food , you must stay here where you're safe and stay away from humans okay?
Betty: okay mom , bring us some carrots!
Tophat: and berries!
Miffy: (chuckles) okay , now stay safe!
Tophat and Betty: okay mom!
2 minutes later...
Tophat: man I'm hungry I can't wait for mom and dad to come back with carrots and berries!
Betty: me too!
The bunny siblings waited and waited and waited
3 minutes later...
Tophat and Betty started to get concerned about their parents not coming back yet
Tophat: where are they? I'm worried , what if something happened to them?
Betty: okay now I'm scared....
Not long after the parents came hopping towards them in fear
Miffy: RUN KIDS!!!! SAVE YOURSELFS!!!!!
The parents got captured in the cage by the factory workers and placed them in their hummer
Betty: you heard mom! Run!!
Betty and Tophat run for their dear lifes , however they got captured as well. The workers bring the bunnies to the factory , the factory was filled with smell of blood and meat along with the sound of animals crying for help before being slaughtered.
The bunnies hugged each other as they watched the other animals suffer from being slaughtered and being turned to meat , the workers placed the bunnies on the conveyor belt one at the time.
They placed the father on the conveyor belt
Betty and Tophat: NOOOO!!! DADDY!!!!! *both start crying*
Miffy: NOOO!!!! *starts crying*
Roger: I love you kids , and I love you Miffy
Roger got sent into the killing machine , the bunny squeaks and crying could be heard , Tophat's eyes flooded with tears as he hugs his sister close.
They try to grab the mom and place her on the conveyor belt , Tophat intervened , he bit the worker's hand but the worker slaped him away , finally taking their mom away from them. The worker placed the mom on the conveyor belt and sends her into the killing machine.
Betty and Tophat: NOOOOO!!!! MOMMY!!!!
Miffy: I love you kids *sobs*
The mom is inside the killing machine squeaking and crying , the worker now takes away the sister placing her on the conveyor belt. Tophat watches in horror as his sister moves towards the killing machine.
Betty: I love you Tophat , try to escape!
Tophat: I love you sister *sobs*
The sister squeaks and cries so loud that the whole factory could hear it , Just when the worker was about to grab Tophat , He attacks the worker bitting him so hard on the finger , causing it to bleed , he also scratched the worker's face with his claws , leaving bloody clawmarks on his face.
And finally he bites the worker's ear leaving a bloody bitemark on his ear , Tophat quickly makes a run for his life , he runs through a hole to which takes to who knows where. Luckily the hole led him outside of the factory , Tophat was still crying because his family was no longer by his side.
Now that he escaped , he has to live on his own now , find a better place to live and hopefully there won't be people against animal cruelty or people tyring to slaughter him into meat. Maybe he will get adopted or placed into a pet shop until he gets adopted by a nice human who loves animals and would not try to harm him.
