Georgia cuddled into Y/n as she woke up Sunday morning. She smiled as Y/n wrapped her arm around her, pulling her in closer.

It was becoming more and more rare that they go to bed on good terms. There was always something hanging over their heads, but not this time.

"We should go out today, just us, have a nice date. What do you think?" Georgia asked quietly as she looked up at Y/n.

"Yeah, I agree. Some alone time would do some good." Y/n smiled. At least she hoped it would. She was tired of arguing all the time.

Georgia smiled, nodding her head slightly before lowering it down to Y/ns chest, sighing contently.

Y/n ran her hand through Georgias hair as they lay in bed for another while. "I'll go make breakfast. The kids will be up soon." Y/n said as she checked her phone for the time.

Georgia grumbled, pulling away from Y/n to let her go. "Come down in like thirty, okay?" Y/n said as she kissed Georgias cheek.

"Mhmm." She hummed in response, making Y/n smile. She got dressed for the day and made her way downstairs towards the kitchen.

"Morning, Mama." Ginny greeted as she came into the kitchen some time later. "Morning, Gin. D'you sleep alright?" Y/n asked as she thought Ginny looked tired.

"Yeah fine. You're making pancakes?" Ginny asked as she peeked over Y/ns shoulder. "Yep." Y/n grinned, "I know you love them."

"I do. Your pancakes are the best. Don't tell mom though." Ginny grinned as she nabbed a pancake from the plate.

Y/n just giggled in response as Ginny started eating the pancake, tearing off a piece and offering it to Y/n, which she accepted.

"Actually Gin, would you mind keeping an eye on Austin today? Georgia and I are going out." Y/n asked as she turned to look at Ginny again.

"Yeah, no problem." Ginny agreed with a smile. She was glad to hear that her parents were going out together since they didn't do that much recently.

"Yess, pancakes!" Austin screamed excitedly as he ran out of his room, still in his pyjamas. "I can smell them." He said as he came into the kitchen.

Y/n smiled at his enthusiasm and plated a few for him. Georgia joined them a few minutes later, smiling at the sight of everyone so happy.

Georgia pecked Y/ns lips as she held out a plate of pancakes for her. "Thanks." She smiled as she pulled away.

Georgia and Y/n spent the day in town, doing some shopping, then they had a nice lunch date at their favourite restaurant and went for a walk around town afterwards.

It was around five by the time they got home. Which left them with plenty of time to watch a movie together.

They called the kids to the living room and picked out a movie. They piled onto the couch, all snuggling up together as they picked a movie.

They decided on getting takeout, specifically pizza, for dinner. It was nice to spend some time alone for Georgia and Y/n, but they also loved spending time with their kids.

Y/n went to get the door as a loud knock sounded through the house. The food was here and she brought it to the living room, opening the boxes of pizza and leaving them on the coffee table.

---

Ginny and Austin went to their rooms when the movie ended, while Y/n and Georgia cleaned up the mess they had made in the living room.

A bit after 8, they went to Austins room to see if he was getting ready for bed. His bedtime was usually between 8 and 9, so they weren't surprised to find him in bed.
