Kai: Everyone! It's lunch time!
Kai place all the dog food into the bowls and gives it to the dogs who are abandoned or stray.
Abandoned dogs: eats their food
Takayama: You seem to care about dogs.
Kai: Yeah, after I see a dog being abandoned, I thought of taking it to a vet and then head to here.
Brown-spotted dog: Bark
Kai: Hope you like it! pat the Brown-spotted dog
Kai notice the lone Shiba Inu who is looking out at the window not bothering it eat at all.
Kai: What's with that Shiba Inu?
Takayama: Oh, that Shiba Inu, was brought in after its owner died. It was wandering around the streets, until it was beaten by other dogs. So I brought him over to recover.
Kai: go to the Shiba Inu Hey, eat up.
Shiba Inu: look at Kai and shoves the bowl
Takayama: It's no use. I've tried that, but it doesn't want to eat.
Kai: I see. Come.
As Kai use his hand to bond with the Shiba Inu, the Shiba Inu use its paw to scratch his hand.
Kai: Ow.
Takayama: Are you okay?
Kai: Yeah, just a scratch.
-at the Kusanagi Residence-
Nanase: place a band aid on Kai's hand All done.
Kai: Thanks.
Kyo: Figures that there's a dog that doesn't want to eat.
Nene: How did you know that dog?
Kai: Just recently.
Nanase: Just be careful next time.
Kai: I will.
-at Isekai Academy-
Kai: look at his hand with the band-aid on That dog, surely is lonely.
Shioriko: Dog?
Kai: Ah, it's nothing. Just helping out at the Animal Shelter.
Clara: Hey, how did you get that?
Kai: Oh this? Well, some dog scratch me.
Yoimiya: Is it fatal?!
Lisa (Bandori): Did it bit you?!
Kai: Nothing of the sort! It just scratch me. It's not a big deal.
Balam: Morning class.
Class Kalego: Morning!
Balam: notice the band-aid on Kai's hand Kai-kun, did you scratch yourself?
Kai: Yeah, the Shiba Inu from the animal shelter scratch me.
Balam: I see, just be careful next time.
Kai: I will.

Kai: eats his salmon Umai!
King: Man, do you always eat this stuff?
Kai: Yeah! Ever since that we can eat outdoor.
Doct: Well, I prefer just to have a simple lunch.
