Chapter 1

"Thalia!" I heard my mother call my name as knocks from my door continues.

I just woke up, what does she want? is she going to scold me again because I came home late last night? gosh.

I opened the door and my mother's strict face was the first thing I saw. Naka simangot nanaman siya.

I raised my eyebrow at her "what?"

"What do you mean what, thalia?! your father said you came home drunk at 4 in the morning! your father kept waiting for you. How many times do I tell you that you're still young to be out late at night?!"

I didn't tell my father to wait for me, why is it my fault that he waited for me to come home?

I bore my eyes at her "I didn't ask him to wait for me though." Her eyes went sharp after she heard what I said.

"You know your father, thalia! he's worried about your safety. We all are."

"C'mon, no one will hurt a kingsley because they will be damned."

"Azurra Thalia Kingsley!" full name basis? "You think they won't hurt a drunk kingsley? people can take advantage of you when you're drunk!"

God, I just want to take a bath and go out with my friends.

"Fine, you're right mom. I'll try to go home early but don't expect that I won't go home late sometimes." I said which almost sounded like a whisper.

"What was that you said, thalia? I'm right? are you sick?" she said as the touched my neck to see if I'm hot.

"I'm okay, but please let me take a bath so I can go."

"Go! go take a bath. You stink, thalia."

I closed the door and rolled my eyes. I checked my phone and saw bunch of notifications from our group chat.

Edward: Yo @Az Thalia don't tell us you fuckin' some dude rn! we still have class tomorrow, u ain't gonna go to class with hangover.

I broke down in laughter when I saw edward's message. This guy must be tired of taking care of us.

I didn't fuck anyone, I have a boyfriend. But they don't know that since they will probably judge him. And edward is too overprotective.

I scrolled their messages again, because it's really fun to see them worry about me-i ain't mean or what, i just like it.

After reading their messages, I finally replied to tell them that I'm alright.

Me: Oa, my parents just told me to go home. Yk them right?

Edward: ain't believin' you.

Bianca: Thank gosh you're okay!

Claire: Bae, you got us worried as fuck!

Me: Sorry guys, I dozed off. Anyways, I'll take a bath. We have class later, right?

Edward: Yes, we do. It starts at nine. Did you even get enough sleep?

Me: I did. It's already 7:50 so I'll take a bath.

I turned off my phone then went the bathroom to take a bath. After I took a bath, I wore my uniform. My skirt was above my knee, and since I don't want to get scolded I wore a long black stockings. I brushed my long black hair and I was thinking if I should tie it or not-i chose not to. So I just wore a hair tie on my wrist. My skirt and vest is dark red, that's why I love it.

After I sprayed some perfume, i went downstairs to eat breakfast with my family.

I saw dad and I hugged his back and whispered "I'm sorry for making you wait, dad." my dad turned to me and smiled.

"It's alright, darling. Did your mother scold you again?"

"Yeah, she did." I said. "as always" then I heard my father laugh.

We both sat down, then ate breakfast. After that, I went to my room to get my things then went down again to go to school.

I kissed my mother on her cheeks "I'm off to school." I said.

"Take care, thalia. You should get home early we have a surprise for you."

"Alright mom," I said then turned to my father. "Bye dad." I waved at them.

I then went to the manor where my driver was waiting for me.

I got inside the car and the driver drove me to school. I got out and i was about to walk inside the main campus but someone put their arm around me.

I looked at my side and I saw that it was vier.

"Hey, xavie" I smirked. I like annoying him.

He frowned and then he suddenly smiled like he thought of something to annoy me. "Sup, thalie." he annoyingly said and he let out a playful smirk.

"Shut up, it sounds like a hair tie." I said then rolled my eyes at him.

We both laughed. "I'll take you to your building." He said and I nodded. He always takes me to my building, magkaiba kasi kami ng building.

"Btw, where’s edward?" I asked while we were walking. He is usually with us when vier takes me to my building.

Iba rin kasi building niya, pero ihinahatid nila ako ni vier. Both of them are my childhood friends, kilala ko buong pamilya ni edward pero hindi ko kilala ang kay vier. All I know is his parent's names—who wouldn't? they're well known because they own multiple luxury hotels all over the world. Their family is also on the top richest people in the world. Onti lang lamang ng hamilton sa kingsley halos magkasing yaman lang din.

"I don't know where edward is, but I saw him earlier with a girl, they are probably fuckin' right now" he said and laughed.

"He really can't keep his dick in his pants for a day, huh?"

We both laughed, we talked about random things then nakarating na kami sa classroom ko.

My classmate squealed when they saw vier. "Gago, bagay!" I heard one of my classmate say. "Tanga, may bf yan si xavier!" sagot naman ng isa. "Bagay sila ni azurra!" rinig kong sabi ni bianca.
