Heaven In You [ JeongCheol ]

CHAPTER 9

"Jin hyung!" Jimin called out as he rushed towards the group. The four turned their heads to see the younger running towards them.

"What happened Jimin-ah?" Jin asked when Jimin reached them, the latter catched his breath after which he spoke.

"Hyung...Jeonghan wanna see his friend..what was his name uhh yeah Seungcheol!" Jimin said at once.

"Huh..? Oh I see...let's take him there...Lee know might have already shifted him to the room...let's go get Jeonghan!" Jin said after which he bid his goodbye to the others and left with Jimin.

"What did you find Kookie?" Taehyung asked in morse code as his attention totally shifted to Jungkook.

"I'll tell you later..." Jungkook told Taehyung back as the both glanced at Jeonghan. Jeonghan sat on the bed dumbfolded, but when the both glanced at him he awkwardly smiled at them to which both of them started laughing.

"You're so cute! No one would believe that you are older than us!" Taehyung said between laughs and Jungkook totally agreed as he playfully hit Taehyung.

Jeonghan's smile turned to a genuine one as he saw the two laughing infront of him so happily. His thoughts went back to his friends again.

After a few minutes, Jimin and Jin entered the room to see the three laughing and joking. Jin smiled at them lovingly, to him all of them were just like children. So seeing them happy was like a blessing for him.

"So are you ready to see Seungcheol, Jeonghan?" Jin softly asked to which all of them turned to the duo standing near the door.

"Oh hyung you're here!" Jungkook said as Jin and Jimin came near them.

"Yeah so should we take Jeonghan to Seungcheol?" Jin said as he smiled at Jeonghan, the latter wide eyed stared at Jin and slightly smiled back.

"Of course! Let's go Jeonghan-ah! Wait can you walk?" Taehyung asked and looked at Jeonghan for conformation, Jeonghan nodded at him and got off the bed.

Jin lead them to a room where they kept Seungcheol. He stopped at the door and turned to Jeonghan.

"Jeonghan one thing....you wouldn't tell him anything from your and his past as it might affect him badly...he'll most probablly be awake after 3 to 5 days..understood right?" He said as he seacrhed the younger's scared face for conformation.

Jeonghan took a deep breath and then nodded indicating that he understood the older's words. He wanted Seungcheol to be okay even if it meant that he had to shut his mouth forever....

Jin opened the door to the room and went in followed by the others. Jeonghan's breath hitched when he saw the older lying on the bed motionless with various tubes and machines attached to his body. Seungcheol's body was covered in bandages and the sounds of the machines was just making Jeonghan's mind go crazy...he simply couldn't bear it...

Jeonghan slowly walked closer to the older and sat on the nearby chair. He held Seungcheol's hand and caressed it gently as his tears started to make their way through his eys. He kept staring at the older's face while caressing his woulds.

Taehyung wanted to console Jeonghan but Jin stopped him as he indicated to leave the two alone for awhile. The latter nodded understanding the gravity of the situation.

"We'll be moving out for the moment...call us if you need anything Jeonghan..." Jin said as he dragged the others out of the room.

"Cheol...does it hurt too much..?" Jeonghan gently asks while he caressed the older's head injury.

"You know what...? I was so scared at that time when I couldn't find you, why do you scare me so much?!" He said as he chuckled bitterly.

"They might be so scared right now..but let's hope Shua handles everything...We left a big burden on him, don't you think too?"

"Cheol-ah..aren't you going to answer...?"

"This was supposed to be your day today but looks like god had some other plans...I'm sorry okay? I know you hate it if we are late and that I wasn't able wish you at 12"

"So hear me out!"

"Happiest birthday wishes to my Cheol who gets sulky over anything..to the best leader and friend who never betrayed us for once..I love you for the efforts you put for everything..."

"I wish that one day you'll remember us again Daddu-ya..." Jeonghan said as he kissed Seunghceol's forehead with care. His tears weren't taking the name to stop so as his emotions...

So a short chapter after awhile....I wasn't able to update as my hand got injured because of my stupidness😀 I am still surprised that it's still working!

But yeah if it work imma make it do more🙂So I might not update daily but yeah I ain't dropping out so easily!
