"No matter. I'm back on track now. I finally know her name." Izuku paused, a sense of awe in his voice.

Luna Hoshino.

"A beautiful name."

The following evening

„What the hell are you doing over there?" Katsuki asked from the direction of the kitchen, looking perplexed at the stunt Izuku was trying out in front of him. It looked like he was swinging some thin threads around the room.

"Practicing fighting with steel threads. They're pretty good at restraining, and in combination with my awakening, I can move them even more freely," the green-haired teen explained while impressively swinging them around, capturing various pieces of furniture and slicing some stone from his inventory into small bits.

"Shouldn't you be in my part of the apartment working on recreating the nanotech we stole from birdbrain? We still haven't finished it, ya know. And what the hell would you even need that skill for?" the red-eyed teen complained, crushing an empty can of Coke in his hand.

"You remember the vision I had yesterday, and the stuff about All Might I told you about? Well, it's time to get started on Project 'Eight Rings'. You should also start working on your combat in panther form with your claws," Izuku continued, still not breaking his focus on the threads.

"You actually wanna go through with it, huh? Well, I can't say I'm against the idea of actually killing dangerous criminals instead of locking them up in some prison they might escape from. But we don't even know half the team, and in case you forgot, your little girlfriend still has no idea about any of this!" Katsuki countered. Sensing someone approaching the front door, he moved near Izuku, touching his shoulder, and quickly told him, "Don't screw this up, idiot. Link start." He then disappeared to Aincrad.

"Speak of the devil," the green swordsman commented, putting the threads away with a light chuckle. Walking to the door, he opened it to find Luna standing there with a small white plastic bag in her hands. She was still wearing sunglasses, but this time, she had on a nice sweatshirt and shorts instead of a hoodie.

"Hoshino, I didn't expect to see you today. Do you need something?" Izuku asked respectfully, using her last name, though he desperately wanted to use her first.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Am I interrupting something? If you don't have time right now, it's okay, I can just leave this here," she said, pointing to the bag she carried.

"Oh, what's that?" the green-eyed teen asked, intrigued as he caught a pleasant smell coming from inside the bag.

"It's two portions of Katsudon. I thought yesterday wasn't the best first impression, so I figured we could eat something together and talk a bit?" the white-haired girl explained, looking a little unsure.

"I see. Well, I think I'll take you up on that offer. Katsudon is actually my favorite. Come in, my roommate just left a few minutes ago, so you're right on time," he said, fully opening the door to let her in. She took off her shoes and walked inside after thanking him.

Looking around the room, she found the dining table and placed the food on it. Izuku went to grab some simple tableware, setting it up for both of them. As they sat at the table and began eating, he started a conversation.

"You said you're a student at Tokyo University for Quirk Science, right, Hoshino? What field are you studying in?" he asked before taking a bite of his food.
