Taya and Kara have known each other since they can last remember, and they've always had this plan for when they grow up, they'll move to London, buy an apartment and pursue their dream of being YouTubers. They finally saved up enough and had decent enough jobs back where they lived in Cornwall to move and buy an apartment in London, however Kara wanted to pursue music over being a YouTuber but Taya still carried on her dream of being an successful YouTuber.
She started off the channel back home, just recording a few videos of Kara singing and performances, with an odd Day in the life and a get ready with me. With only having the channel for around 6 months she racked up around 50k subscribers, which she was more than happy with.

Taya and Kara have been living in London for around 3 months now and have been loving every minute. Kara has found so many other amazing artists and got some really good friends, but no so much for Taya, she kept to her apartment and only left if necessary or was going out with Kara. She never really liked the idea of going out and seeking new friends, she enjoyed having her bestie Kara and that was enough for her.

—————————————————— It was a Friday afternoon, and Kara comes home from recording at the studio. "TAYS TAYS, we've been invited to our first party!!" She exclaims, Taya looking up, hating the fact that this means she has to socialise. "I think you mean you've been invited to a party Kara." "No no, okay well maybe but they said I can bring a plus one, so your coming, chip chop go get ready" Taya is dreading this but she knows she will enjoy herself when she's there. She rushes off to her room and so does Kara. Taya put on a simple dress and just does some simple makeup as she doesn't know if there is a dress code. "ARE YOU READY TAYS, WERE GUNNA MISS IT" Kara screams, whilst stood outside Tayas door. "I'm ready, let's go!" Taya was definitely not ready, but she knew with a bit of alcohol, she'll do just fine.

They arrive at the party, Kara rushes off and sees her new music friends and other people she knows. Taya can't help but feel so happy that Kara is now getting successful in her music career and will be forever proud of her. Taya walks around to the bar and sees a few faces she recognises, but no names come to mind.
"Anything I can get u m'lady" the bartender says to Taya
"uhm just a vodka lemonade please"
"no worries, two seconds".
Taya just looks around the room, hoping no one but Kara talks to her tonight, as she's only come to this party to make her happy.
"There you are, now that will be £5 please"
"uhm okay two seconds" Taya says running through her purse.
"I'll get it for her, don't worry" a tall figure stood next to Taya says to the barman.
"Omg thank you so much, let me just pay you back" Taya blurts out still looking in her purse.
"No don't worry about it, I'm George by the way".
She looks up and sees his infectious smile and perfectly fallen hair, "uh uh I'm Taya, Taya Basie"
"oh I didn't know this was on last name basis" he laughs. Taya just stares into him, completely embarrassed she just did that in front of this man.
"TAYA TAYA, I see you've met George" Kara says running over and basically falls onto Taya. George and Taya just laughing looking at eachother.
"Yes I have Kara, Jesus how much have you had to drink"
"uhm, not to much but okay maybe a bit too much seeing as we've been here 10 mins".
Taya sits Kara down next to her new music friends, and she goes back to George at the bar.
