Chapter #1 (Unexpected Summoning)

It was just a normal day, you just finished math class as you and your classmates exit the classroom, eager to go home and rest after a long day of studying.

Christian: Finally! Math class is finished!

Randy: You've said it, dude! I don't think my brain can last another minute learning solutions and solving problems!

Bethany: At least Mr. Koslov is nice enough to not give us an assignment.

Layla: Yeah, but imagine if our math teacher is Mr. Terence.

Christian: Why? What's wrong with him?

Jason: Fuck man, he's super strict when it comes to assignments.

Randy: Worse still, it's more complicated than my parent's current relationship status.

Christian: Right...

Bethany: But on the bright side, we can all go home now.

Randy: Yeah, I'm really tired right now.

Layla: I've got it! You guys wanna hang out at my place tonight?

Randy: Sure thing!

Bethany: I'm in!

Jason: Count me in!

Christian: Sorry guys, but not today.

Layla: What?! Why?!

Christian: Gotta help my mom with some chores back home.

Randy: Are you fucking serious?

Christian: Well you know me...

Jason: You really sure, man?

Christian: 100% sure.

Bethany: Fine...

Randy: Just be safe on your way back home, alright?

Christian: I will, see ya peeps on Monday!

Bethany: Bye!

Randy: See ya.

Layla: See ya soon!

Jason: Peace out.

With that, you finally make your way home. The journey way back is just a walking distance so there's not much problem heading back but the only problem is, there's a forest between the suburbs and the school. Your dumbass self decided to take a short cut through the forest since you've already done this many times now.

Christian: Hmm... it's always so peaceful here. It's a good thing I know the layout of this place 'cause if not, I might get lost herr or something- wait, what's that on my feet?
