Chapter One -Back to School

Alexis's POV
It was the first day of school from a long a summer,Summer was good,well it was good
enough,it was summer of hanging with friends and falling in love with boys.

Sapphire is one of my best friends ,Sapphire spent the majority of summer trying to go blonde and being a fitness freak.Sapphire is petite,blue eyes and now blonde hair,her style is more tank tops and sweatpants,her personality is bubbly but shy at times.I've known Sapphire since we were 11,we tell each other everything from boy issues to future plans.

Speaking of boy issues Lola spent her three months having a secret fling with her ex Callum,let's just say he's good at playing games.Lola's small,loud personality,she's sometime tries to be hipster.

And last but not least Harmony,Harmony is the joker of the group,the source of our laughter.She spent her summer holidays hanging out and not caring.Harmony is tall but slim,she has green eyes and she's an outgoing person.She's update with the latest styles and designers.

And I'm Alexis,I spent my time planning the future that is yet to happen and worrying about the past,but mostly I spent it when my three best friends. I have long blonde hair, blue eyes and a open personality. My fashion sense is whatever's in.

The Summer nights were over the nights of staying up till 3 or 4am just watching some TV show that everyone is watching or is raving on about.Its crazy how you can stare at a screen for 6 hours watching the same programme.Its normally some fantasy about magic or the supernatural,but I don't believe in all that type of stuff

Anyway getting back to the topic,the first day of school arrived,I was late getting up due to a major power cut across the whole town.I woke up at 7:45 I quickly tied my hair up in to a ponytail and did my makeup,I chose a smokey eye and tried a winged eyeliner,I searched my wardrobe for something stylish to wear.In the end I decided to wear black leggings and my favourite "Cool Story Bro" sweater.I rushed down stairs and quickly ate my breakfast and made my way to school.

I arrived at the school at 8:50,I met Sapphire,Lola and Harmony who were all waiting outside for me to arrive so we could all walk in together,we probably looked like something out of a music video.All four of us meet up with Harmony's brother Ryan and his friends Calvin,Paul and Rob.Our friendship group is quite close even the guys are close.

The bell rang and we all went to find our classes.I walked into my first class to see Sapphire seating in the back with an empty seat beside her,she gave the nod and I quickly walked to the seat.The teacher walked into class with a briefcase and a laptop bag under his arm.

"He's hot,who is he"I whispered to Sapphire jokingly and nudging her elbow."Hey class I'm Mr Collins your new history teacher for the next six months"he said while he opened his laptop bag and took out his Apple Mac."Now class open your books on chapter 5 World War II"Said Mr Collins as he started to call on people to read."I don't feel right about him "murmured Sapphire under her breath."Excuse me girls is something more important you would like to discuss"Said Mr Collins as he stood up from his seat."No sir,I was just explaining why World War II happened to Alexis"said Sapphire giving that look to continue the lie."Ya...Yes sir I was really confused"I said trying to make the lie seem convincing.He walked back to his desk and continued to read.The end of class came and the bell rang."Test next week on why World War II started"said Mr Collins.Sapphire and I quickly left the classroom.

"Did you not get that weird feeling about him?"said Sapphire as we walked towards our locker."That hot feeling?"I said winking at Sapphire.We got to our lockers to find flyers shoved inside."What's this about?"said Sapphire pulling the flyer from the door of the locker."Some house party,I wanna go,we should go!"I said excitedly handing Sapphire the flyer."If we're going I'm borrowing something for you"said Sapphire handing me back the flyer."See you at lunch?"I said closing the locker behind me and starting towards my next class."Yah course you then"said Sapphire walking the opposite directions.

"Alexis!Alexis!"Shouted Lola running towards me.She starting slowing down to walk beside me."You going to this party at Jake's house"said Lola as we keep walking towards class."Wait Jake,as in my ex?"I said getting anxious."Yah,who else"said Lola."I might go,talk at lunch?"I said walking into class.

Lunch arrived and I saw Harmony in the hall.I ran up to her where she was Sapphire and Lola."Hey guys"I said walking beside them."So this party who's going?"said Harmony looking towards me."I don't know will I,he my ex and even though we ended things badly I don't think me showing up will help"I said."Well I think you should go I show him that your over him and make him jealous"said Sapphire."I'm going but I could be late so I'll meet he there?"said Lola."Yah sure"I said.

The rest of day flow by fast,my last classes were boring as hell,maths was the worst it's like another language that I don't understand and don't get me started on algebra.School ended and I walked out to find Jake standing beside Harmony and her brother.I walked over stood beside Harmony."You coming Alexis?"said Jake as smiled at me."She'll be there"said Sapphire as she came into the circle which we were standing in."See you then guys"said Jake walking away."I'm not going it's gunna be awkward"I said looking around for Lola."Your going end of it"said Sapphire and Harmony."Okay,where's Lola?"I said as we walked started walking home."We all could guess where and we'd all be right"said Ryan Harmony's brother
