The next morning, Olivia and Oliver woke up before the sun rose, the sky still dark and quiet. They moved quietly, packing their few belongings. Olivia filled a small bag with clothes and her grandmother's old spellbook. Oliver gathered tools from the forge, knowing he would need them in their new life.
As they left their old village behind, Olivia felt a mix of excitement and sadness. She glanced back one last time, remembering the home she had known her entire life. "Goodbye, Eldoria," she whispered. "I hope to find happiness."
They rode for hours, the cool morning air refreshing against their skin. The sun began to rise, lighting up the sky in beautiful shades of pink and gold. As they traveled, they dreamed of the life they would build together, far away from the rules and fears that had held them back.
Eventually, they reached a small village nestled between rolling hills and lush green fields. It was peaceful, with charming cottages and friendly faces. As they rode into the village, they were welcomed with curious smiles.
"Look! New people!" a young girl shouted, pointing at them with bright eyes.
"Let's stop here," Olivia said, feeling a sense of hope fill her heart. "It feels warm and welcoming."
Oliver nodded, his own heart racing with excitement. "Let's find a place to stay and see if we can make a living here."
They found a cozy little cottage on the edge of the village. It had a small garden and enough room for both of them. They spoke to the kind woman who owned it, explaining that they were looking for a fresh start. She smiled and welcomed them, and soon they had a place to call home.
As the days turned into weeks, Olivia and Oliver began to settle into their new life. They planted flowers in the garden, filling it with color. Olivia used her magic to help the plants grow, making the garden flourish.
"Look at how beautiful it is!" Oliver said one day, standing back to admire their work. "We've created a little piece of paradise."
"It's our home," Olivia said, smiling brightly. "And it feels wonderful."
Oliver found work at the village forge, making tools and jewelry. The villagers loved his craftsmanship. "You have a real talent, Oliver!" one villager said, holding up a shiny new tool. "It's perfect!"
"Thank you! I love making things," he replied, feeling proud.
As they settled into their daily routines, they often took walks together, exploring the village and meeting new friends. They laughed and shared stories, enjoying each other's company.
One evening, as they sat under the stars, Olivia turned to Oliver, her eyes sparkling. "Can you believe we did it? We really started a new life."
Oliver smiled, pulling her closer. "It's more than I ever dreamed. And the best part? We get to do this together."
"Together," Olivia repeated, her heart swelling with happiness. "I never want to be apart from you."
As the weeks passed, they began to feel at home. They celebrated small victories together, like the first flowers blooming in their garden and the friendships they made in the village.
But with each passing day, they also felt the weight of their past. Olivia sometimes wondered about her grandmother and the life she had left behind. "Do you think they miss us?" she asked Oliver one night.
"I'm sure they do," he replied softly. "But we made the right choice for us. And we can't go back to hiding our love."
"You're right," Olivia said, feeling a sense of peace. "We chose each other, and that's what matters."
With every challenge they faced, their love grew stronger. They supported each other, finding joy in the simple things—a shared meal, a walk in the woods, or a cozy evening by the fire.
In their little cottage at the edge of the village, Olivia and Oliver were building a life filled with hope, love, and the promise of new beginnings.
