Amber Freeman x gp reader

SMUT

prompt: the reader is a nerd and amber bullies them for it ( i feel like i still dont do it right lol )

You've always been the quiet one in class. The girl no one really noticed, except when they needed help with homework or had a group project. You didn't mind it, being in the background-it felt safer there. But there was one person who always had her eyes on you. Amber Freeman.

She never outright bullied you like the girls in those cliché high school movies. No, Amber was much subtler, more calculated. Her comments were always just quiet enough to escape the teacher's ears but loud enough for you to hear. "Hey, nerd," she'd whisper as she passed by your desk. "Must be fun knowing every answer in class but none in real life."

You pretended her words didn't bother you, but deep down, they did. She made you feel small, invisible, even though there was something about her that always made your heart race-something dangerous, something thrilling.

It wasn't until you both found yourselves locked in school after hours that everything changed.

You had stayed late to finish an assignment in the library, and Amber, for whatever reason, was still there too. When the lights flickered off and the doors locked, you both realized you were stuck. Alone. With nowhere to go until the janitor arrived in the morning.

At first, Amber was her usual self, smirking at you as if being alone with her in the dark was some sort of cosmic joke. "Looks like you're stuck with me," she'd said, that familiar teasing lilt in her voice. "Not much of a savior, huh, nerd?"

But as the hours ticked by and you wandered through the empty hallways together, something shifted. The banter became less hostile, her teasing less sharp. And when you both ended up in an empty classroom, sitting across from each other on desks, the air between you became thick with tension.

Amber, always the one to push buttons, leaned in close, her smirk returning. "You think you're better than me, don't you? Just because you're smarter?" she taunted, her voice low, her eyes dark.

You stayed silent, but something inside you snapped. The months of quiet jabs, the teasing, the way she always acted like she was untouchable-it all surged forward. Amber might have thought she was in control, but not anymore.

"Actually," you said, standing up and moving toward her, your voice steady, "I think you're the one who's scared."

Amber blinked, clearly not expecting this turn of events. "What?"

You stepped closer, invading her space the way she always did to you, until you were practically chest to chest. For the first time, Amber looked unsure, her cocky exterior wavering.

"I think you hide behind all that teasing because you're scared of me," you continued, your voice low, but confident. "Scared of what you really want."
