---The Next Day---

---Cole/Scheer Point Of View---

Walking out of port, I head for the boonies, wooded areas where I won't be found. Where I can be alone. Somewhere I can clear my thoughts and check up on my states. Where I can vent my frustrations without shame or fear of judgement. The crunch of snow hits my ears as I travel through the woods. I lift my hood over my head, and stuff my hands into my jacket pockets. Traveling through thick, but dead brush, traversing toppled trees, logs, and avoiding thorns. I get this odd whiff of home. Memories of my sister and I getting into the woods and pretending to be in some kind of Survivalist TV show, or fending off against assassins and zombies amongst the trees. It's... For a moment a pleasant feeling. But it quickly fills my heart with stone and freezes my blood in tern making my heart cold again. I travel deep enough for my liking. An locate a log, sturdy enough to sit atop and rest. Time pauses upon my ass finding the log, and a hologram of a game UI appears before me.

I tap on the notification and equip the item. "Achievement Unlocked. Rank Doesn't matter: Complete a mission with a level suggestion 20 or more than your current level. Item Unlocked, Anti-Torpedo Bulge Type 4, Legendary rarity, Max Level. Health increase bonus. 550. Tapping the notification. I equip the item and move on to my skill set menu. Finding that I had acquired enough EXP to level them up. So, I go about leveling them up manually.

Pocket Battleship Skill, Level 2 Increases damage to Destroyer, Submarine, and Light Cruiser enemies by 25%

All Out Assault II, Level 2, activates every 5th salvo! Main Gun Efficiency & Accuracy +20% "Skill now carries 35% Decrease in reload time upon activation for 30 seconds"

I had done all that I wanted to do for now. And was about to close out back into the world. When the curiosity inside me got the best of me. I clicked on the Affinity tab. At the top, was all the none grayed out individuals I'd met so far. I was curious if anyone yet disliked me. But what I found actually peaked my interest more than anyone disliking me could have.

Akagi's Affinity for Scheer: 79 Is Scheer's Secret Admirer, Unknown

Taihou's Affinity for Scheer: 60 Is Scheer's Secret Admirer, Unknown

Belfast's Affinity for Scheer: 75 Trust's Scheer immensely, Friendzone

Roon's Affinity for Scheer: 75 Is heavily attracted To Scheer, Unknown

Formidable's Affinity For Scheer: 68 Friendzone

Enterprise's Affinity Scheer: 65, Enterprise has a soft spot for Scheer, unknown

I stop reading any further. I've seen all I need to see. I decide to close the UI, and time resumes. Shortly thereafter, I let out an audible sigh. Before turning and brushing off snow from atop the log. Then laying back and relaxing atop it as though I were to go to sleep. Planning to clear my head and silence my mind as I rest amongst the nature. I think deep thoughts, what's my next move. It doesn't take an idiot to see that the Royal navy and Eagle Union have tightened their control over that side of port. Gathering information won't be as easy as it was last time. Then theirs Observer and her army. It won't be as easy next time. Because she's going to expect me now. She knows I'll return. Not to mention, it'll be hard to gather a team like I did last time, I doubt that Belfast or Formidable will fight alongside me again. I doubt Bismarck's going to take her eyes off me for even a second. If I try to slip out to sea with a posse, I'll be stopped for sure. Crunching of snow alerts me to someone's presence. They're not trying to sneak up on me. I can hear this distinct sound as they approach of some kind of fur or fabrics brushing against each other a bunch. It's kind of like a rustle sound that I know all too well.
