P-A-R-T-Y

Melanie sat outside on the benches, before school, reading a book. It was about fiece battles between armies and a fight to the death. Soon enough melanie was interupted by the bell and she sighed as she slammed the book shut and walked inside.

The crowds of people swarmed like bees and melanie dodged all of them and slipped into math class.
Some of the guys watched her as she sat down at the back of the class, sam's seat was next to hers and colby was sat on sams desk.
Emily, one of the annoying popular girls stopped her beforw she could sit down.
"Hey," she said with a sweet, fake smile.
"What do you want Emily?" Melanie pursed her lips but continued.

"There's gonna be a party round Aaron's house this Saturday, wanna come?" Emily smiled innocently, waiting for a response.

"Which Aaron? Nerd Aaron or Baseball Aaron?" Melanie asked. Sam and Colby were watching from a distance.

"Baseball Aaron of course!..see you there!" Emily walked off and sat with her friends.
Melanie slumped down in her seat and felt eyes on her, but didn't look at sam or colby.

"What was that all about?" Sam asked while frowning at her and glances at Emily from across the room.

"Party this Saturday," melanie mumbled and took out her maths textbook.
"Cool, I'm inviting myself..maybe I can hook up with some chick.." Colby thought.

"Don't start thinking out loud ,colby." Sam rolled his eyes.
"When your legs don't work like they used to before-" Colby started singing the Ed Sheeran song.

"Oh lord," Melanie rested her head on the desk.

"-And I can't sweep up up off your feet! Will your eyes still smile from your cheeks!?"
Sam started laughing and Melanie couldn't help but smirk.

"Alright! Settle down you lot!" Mrs Annel walked in and set her papers down on the desk, "you have a test today!"

The whole class groans.
Sam slumps into his seat and Colby slammed his head on the desk.

--On Saturday--

"Where are you going?"
"Places,"
"When will you be back?"
"11,"
"Ok you can go..love you honey," Melanie's mum smiled and let her go to the party.
Melanie walked upstairs and started to get changed into a black dress. And a leather jacket with black tights and knee high boots.

"You look your goingto a party," a deep voice came from her bedroom door and Melanie turned round.

"It's called knocking," Melanie said and turned to her brother,Jason.

"No need to be so rude. Seriously, where you going though?" Jason eyed up her room,"this place needs a clean," picks up a stray pair of jeans of the floor and tosses it at her. She caught it and frowned at him.

"I am going to a party, actually," Melanie stubbornly said, throwing the pair of jeans into the laundry basket on the otherside of the room. Downstairs, the doorbell rang and lost of chatting came from the living room.

"Mel! Sam and Colby are here!" Melanie's mum called up the stairs.

Jason smirks, "ah, your boyfriends are here," Melanie glared at him.

"I'm not dating either of them, and you've made that joke almost everyday for the past 5 years Jason, it's getting boring," Melanie leaves him in her room and heads downstairs where sam and colby are sat on the couch, talking with her mum.

"Hey," Colby smiles and Sam stands up and starts walking to the door, "you ready to leave?"

They were both dressed in old baseball shirts and jeans. Colby had a more emo take to the outfit while sam wore brighter colours. Jason stood at the top of the stairs, he watched with a smirk.

"Yeh, let's go before Jason cracks anymore jokes," stears them out of the door and sam calls out over his shoulder a goodbye to Melanie's mum as he was forced out the front door.

The party was bustling with people. Music blasted and people were taking shots inside, dancing and making out.
"Lets hook up with some chicks!" Colby walked into the house without hesitation and Sam smiled at Mel.

"He never stops does he?" Mel made sure her phone was charged and walked inside along with sam.

"Nope," he confirmed and they were greeted by Emily who was wearing a slightly revealing outfit.

"Hey! Glad you guys could make it! Want anything to drink!?"

Colby noticed them from across the room and eyes up Emily's outfit and smirks an approval. He started making odd faces, trying to get the pair to laugh. Melanie couldn't help herself. Emily looked at her oddly.Sam joined in with the histerics.
Emily walked away, glancing back at them with dirty looks.

"Colby!" Sam chuckled and guided Mel towards Colby through the crowd.

"What?" He laughed and walked over to the punch bowl and pours 3 cups, "here we go,"

For most of the night it went well. Until they had to leave of course.....
