The next day.
Nam is sitting quietly on her seat when a soft poke took her attention. Looking to her side, a tight smile draws on her lips.
"Yes?" She said.
"I'm Freen."
A hand is offered and waited to be accepted. Nodding her head, Nam happily accepted Freen hand as they shake their hands like they just signed a contract.
"So what's the change?" Nam curiously asked. Freen shakes her head while pressing her lips together.
"That's fine. I'm not gonna force you." Nam nonchalantly muttered. Both took their spot and attended their class in silence.
Lunch time..
As Freen headed again to the spot she found, she once again stop at Becky's classroom and secretly looking for the younger one. A part of her wants to see and talk to the latter.
"Hmmm.. you're looking for me?" A teasing tone erupted close to Freen's right ear, causing the latter to jump a little on her spot.
"Well aren't you a big headed girl?" Freen manage to muttered.
Becky frown and look at Freen angrily, "Girl?" She ask.
"Yeah." Freen said while nodding her head. Becky scoff loudly while her tongue poking the side of her cheeks. One of her actions when she's mad.
"I'm kidding, so relax." Freen immediately said, seeing how the younger ones face slowly turning red.
"Was it funny? I didn't see you laughing. Did you even see me smiling?" Becky angrily spatted.
Raising her both hands up in the air, Freen whispered her apologies. She can't believe she gives in that easily to this young woman.
"Look I didn't mean to offend you okay. I'm sorry." Freen seriously stated.
"Beck!"
Freen and Becky turn around and see a furious woman pushing Freen backward while pulling Becky behind her.
"You stay away from Becky. You hear me?"
Freen scoff loudly and step forward, closing their gap.
"Who the fu— do you think you are to tell me what to do?" Freen growled.
"Well aside from the legitimate daughter while you—-"
Freen angrily grab Engfa's collar, slightly lifting the latter up.
Becky's eyes widen and immediately rush to aid Engfa, pushing Freen away from the latter.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" Becky shouted, shielding Engfa into safety.
Freen look down for a second then turned around. Taking a deep breath, Freen silently scolded herself. She almost put herself into a big trouble.
"Are you always like that? Talking to yourself?"
"The fu—-! Why do you just pop up out of no where?"
"Well because you basically just rush to an area without even checking the said area. What happened!"
Shaking her head, Freen buried her face on her palms.
"This place is not for me!" She muttered softly.
Nodding her head, Nam sat beside the problematic friend, "Where is your place then?" She ask.
Freen look up meeting Nam curious eyes.
"I don't know but definitely not this place." She responded.
"What happened?"
"Just me being stupid!"
