"Thank fuck that's over."

The gang was gathered outside the "puzzles park", most of them (other than Meggy, Mario, and SMG4, of course) still wearing their costumes they were changed into when they were kidnapped.

"You're telling me." Meggy said, voice surprisingly soft.

"HoNesTly iM juST oFfEnDeD aBouT tHis eNtiRe SitUaTiOn." Bob said, adjusting his cloak.

"Uhhh... what does the even mean?" Boopkins inquired.

Four turned to the group gathered in the circle-ish shape.

"Listen, I know there's a lot to discuss." He spoke. "But I think that can wait because let's all admit it, we must all be exhausted. I sure am."

"Mario agrees! He wants spaghetti." Mario chimed in.

"S-sorry if I'm being, uh mean, but..." Tari rubbed her head. "I still don't understand what exactly happened... d-didn't Meggy turn against us?"

Meggy- who perhaps looked the most disheveled and exhausted among the group- widened her eyes, and Four shook his head.

Meggy replied. "I swear I didn't turn against you." She said, almost pleadingly. "He just... he..." Meggy trailed off, clearly having trouble explaining it.

"Like I said," SMG4 repeated gently, "I'm sure we all are tired. This conversation can wait to be spoken in depth until tomorrow, but the sun has almost set. We should head back."

"I agree." Three nodded. "But how exactly...?"

"I'll call us a Uber."

"I'll call one for myself." Karen said, leaning against a nearby tree. She was unfazed as everyone turned to look at her. She clearly had been listening the conversation. "I'm not going to pretend I'm not upset and curious about this... but..." she sighed, looking away. "My kids..."

"Of course." Four said gently. "You'll get to see them. I'm sure they're fine."

"LmAo mAybE tHeY gOt fUcKing kIdnaPpED-" bob started, but was cut off by being beat into the ground by Saikos hammer.

Luckily, Karen chose to not hear this.

When the Uber arrived- somehow able to accommodate everyone, who cares about logic- everyone piled in. It was a tight fit, but worked. The ride home was silent.

By the time they approached home, the moon was in the sky- full and intensely radiating an almost yellow color.

As soon as they arrived at the showgrounds, SMG3 practically threw himself out of the vehicle, sprinting to his cafe without saying anything to the others. Fourtanetly, they knew not to question this- they all knew how precious Eggdog was to him, and simply made their way back to the castle.

Three sighed as he opened his cafe door, glancing around the barren insides. He winced, noticing the overturned tables and chairs. What happened while he was gone?

Three used his phones flashlight to observe the dim wreckage of his cafe. His things on the counter were tipped over and smashed, glass shattered across the floor, and... a massive hole was torn in the wall.

"Eggdog?" He called out gently, stepping inside.

He looked around, face paling as he realized his precious pet was missing.

"Eggdog?" He called again, panic setting in as he moved forward to look around the area.

Suddenly, a shrill barking sound came from beside a chair that was turned over. Three snapped towards it, showing his cowering pet- his fur tangled, caked in filth... and scratched up.

"Eggdog? Holy shit, what happened?" He cried out, running towards Eggdog. However, Eggdogs eyes widened, and he began to bark even more loudly.

"What is it, boy?" He asked, reaching Eggdog and beginning to pet him, stroking his fur and starting to untangle it, combing through the dirt. "Oh, what happened?" He said, voice trembling as he observed the large, jagged scars Eggdog bore.

Eggdog nuzzled his father's hand affectionately, before going rigid suddenly.

"Eggdog?" He asked quietly, glancing around at his torn up cafe fearfully.

Eggdog turned and sprinted away, fleeing to the giant hole in the wall.

"EGGDOG!" He shrieked, fleeing after him. "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?"

Eggdog didn't reply, somehow running at a shocking speed considering his short leg length. He darted into the cover of the forest, and SMG3 followed, calling out his son's name over and over as he followed the small creatures trail.

Eggdog stopped and started barking at him- or at least in his direction. SMG3 skidded to a stop as well, shocked as Eggdogs barks grew into growls.

"What? What did I do?" He asked, but as he followed Eggdogs gaze, he realized Eggdog wasn't looking at him.

Eggdog was looking behind him.

Three started to turn around, but it was too late. A massive force tackled him, and his head instantly hit a rock. Everything went black.

[I was too lazy to proof read this and I was very tired when I wrote this, so it's probably extremely flawed. I honestly don't care, but I hope you liked it. Im not sure exactly when chapter 2 will come out, but I hope soon!]

[Would you like small POVS of the crew members as well, or only SMG3 POVS? LMK.]
